I have been dealing with leisure Tech Pool for several years now. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review. That being said, I have never had a negative experience. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgable. As far as supplies on hand they generally always have what I need. I have never used them to service my pool but from what I’ve heard from others they are good.

Had a great experience with these guys this morning. Needed a part in a rush to fix a hot tub at my Airbnb and the owner got right on it. Getting me expedited service from out of state and getting me the parts I need. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Overall, just a great experience .I will definitely be using these guys from now on!

Called this company 3 weeks ago to have a pool pump replaced. They said they would have it done in 3 or 4 days. I called 2 weeks ago and they told me "oops we forgot to put it on the schedule". I figured everyone makes mistakes so I gave them another chance. As of today still no communication. I finally decided to take my business elsewhere and I advise everyone else to do the same.

I’D GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! The tech is rude, condescending and worse…a liar. If you are not tech savvy or understand how pool equipment works he will take advantage of you and tell you you need new equipment!! He told me my WiFi antenna was “fried” that it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi and that he called Jandy and confirmed it. I told him there’s no way, it was working fine an hour ago and he didn’t want to hear it. He talked over me, talked to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about it and just said “it’s fried, I’ll send you my bill”. I called Jandy the next day, explained the situation and they said it’s not fried and there tech support got it re-connected within minutes.
This isn’t the first time he has tried to get us to buy new equipment when nothing was wrong. The first time was a pool cleaner he told us was broken and we needed a new one. We took it to Leslie’s pool and they got it working. All it was, was a string wrapped around the gear. Our fault for almost falling for it again and calling him again. Don’t do the same thing!! We thought this was the only company that could work on Jandy but I found out there’s others. STAY AWAY!!
