First time using this company staff is friendly, fast service (next day). Job was not rush like other company Jake and Caleb took xtra time to answer question and give us advice. When fishing barely see where the dig a hole for septic tank. Price fair $350 for empty the septic. 100% recommend this company.

Marion Pumpers emailed me back first thing in the morning after I left a request online. Reasonable price and they came next day. They called to let me know how far out they were. The guys who came worked hard and quickly had the tank opened, pumped, and closed without me showing them where it was. Answered all my questions. Office was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I was surprisingly shocked that they were going to come out the same day to pump my septic and extremely happy that they made it to my house 2 hours early. The 2 guys that came out were amazing as well. They will definitely be my go to company

Great customer service from the office staff to the technicians. I had my septic system pumped out this morning. They called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Sandra and Jake were professional, friendly, and hardworking.

What a great job Marion Pumpers have done on my house. Very professional from the lady that answer the phone to the workers! Dean and his team were great and Rob came next day to finish up the lid and did an excellent job! Highly recommended!

Were able to fit us in last minute as a weekend emergency to pump out our septic. Good price compared to others for weekend service. Guys were very professional, and even put the dirt and sod back they'd dug up to get to the tank lids, making it so you could hardly tell they'd been there...

we had called Marion pumpers to come out and pump our septic.. when they arrived neither employed seemed impressed to be working for the day.. after pumping our tank the employee dropped the lid of our tank into the septic.. owner or manager called me and said it would be $500 for a new one... i said absolutely not.. he says we'll split the cost with you.. i again said we didn't drop the lid. They did install a new lid for us.
Since then we've had continued issues with our tank. last night we ended up paying to have tank cleaned again, and the filter was never cleaned while they did the pumping. i give a 2 star since they were timely, did end up putting a cover on at no cost, and the employees were polite. even though they did not want to be there.

I made the mistake of calling Marion pumpers on Nov. 11, 2024. The workers were in a hurry to get done at the end of the day. Big mistake !!!3 months later Feb. 13,2025 my septic tank is full already.Because they DID NOT!! Pump it out completely. I paid them $320.00 To pump it out and they did not do the Job I paid them for. I called the owner this morning. He was rude and hung up on me!!Telling me he wasn’t going to fix the problem. Saying my fault . Oh leaky toilet , my toilet doesn’t leak. BE CAREFUL using this company. They are scammers. S. D.
