My car is a clunker. Today I asked for an evaluation of the noise and whether I was safe driving or not.
They checked out my 2012 Juke. I was told it's on its last legs. What's so amazing is the honesty and care I feel from the staff every time.

I had to have some front end work done and was quoted a price for the work by another company after they installed and I paid for new tires only to be told I wasnāt safe driving it. I took it here asking for second opinion and these guys were amazing! I was treated with such respect and they took the time to explain everything to me without me going into detail of what the other company told me and price they had quoted. Well here at Martel they came in way under the other companyās price and went above and beyond and fixed my front brakes that the other company said was still good for another six months to a year, I never mentioned the brakes because I thought they were good! Sam explained he was able to get the brakes and rotors replaced within the original price quote because they were almost gone too and I wouldāve been right back in with in a few weeks metal on metal. I broke down and cried, I being a widow, only being in Florida 2 years not knowing who to trust with my old truck well God sent me to the right company! Iāve been using a chain store for oil changes and such but not anymore these guys will get my service for now on!
Thank you for your honesty and service, sheās handling so different now than before and I honestly didnāt think it was bad but I donāt go out often but I now know the difference! Again thank you and God Bless your family and business!

Great communication and trustworthy!
We've used Martel's for our last few vehicle repairs. Sam is very honest and knowledgeable when explaining what is needed for the repair and breaking down the cost of it.
The driver window on my minivan fell off it's track and crashed inside the door panel so I wasn't able to roll it up anymore. They told me the glass was still in perfect shape, it just needed a new motor/mechanism.
My brother was having what he felt was transmission issues and needed his AC repaired. I reccomended Martel's and they were unable to find any issues with the transmission but fixed the AC with no problem. He absolutely appreciated their honesty.
We also own a local business and we have employees that take our work vehicles to jobsites. When a work vehicle breaks down, it can cause us to get behind. Martel's has been amazing at helping us get in & out so we can keep our work vehicles on the road with very little down time which is HUGE for us. It's taken us a few different places to finally find Martel's who understands and is willing to help!
These are a few instances on why we will always be loyal customers to Martel's and highly recommend them!

The guys at Martel Auto are great! They worked us in quickly to check out a car we wanted to buy. They saved us thousands of $$ by letting us know it needed big repairs. (We didn't buy the car!) They are honest, straight-shooters who have served the community for years. While we waited to get our car checked, we saw an older lady from the neighborhood stop by just to talk and catch up -- pretty much like something you'd see in Mayberry in the good old days. Such a relief to know that Martel and its crew are people we can trust!

Took my Xterra in to have my AC look at after getting a $4800 dollar estimate for repair from Firestone. Martel got my AC fixed and back on the road in one day for under $1300. God Bless Martel Automotive. Thanks Pete and the great mechanics at Martel.

My transmission went out on me after traveling from Kentucky, I researched transmission shops and found Martel Automotive. I called them to get a ball park figure on replacing the Transmission and Sam gave me roughly a price. I had to return to KY and come back to Florida a few weeks later. Upon my return, I contacted Sam and he placed the transmission on order and when i was able to get my truck in, Sam kept me informed and repaired my truck within a couple of days as scheduled. Sam and the Staff at Martel Automotive repair are truly professional and I will absolutely make them my go to Mechanics as I will be staying in Florida for the foreseeable future Thank you Sam!!.
