The only thing worse than the security is the customer service. I reserved a unit online and then arrived at the date and time to secure the unit and the door code didn’t work. I wasn’t able to reach anyone at the number posted at the site. Eventually I called the sales agent back and got ahold of someone to report the issue. Didn’t hear anything for a week, so I returned to find that the door still didn’t work and was actually broken with parts on the ground. Wasn’t able to reach anyone again at the posted number so I reached out to a corporate number I found online. I received a call from someone claiming to work at the site an hour later that told me the door had been fixed. But when I informed her part of the door was on the ground she seemed stunned and said she would have to call me back. Their solution was to remove the lock and handle completely and leave the climate controlled area unsecured because it was behind the drive through gate. When I returned the next day the drive through gate was stuck open, so I quickly cancelled my unit. I’ll gladly pay double somewhere else for security and customer service!

Hey I'm so happy she was here doing her job because I wound up with a rental unit in a location I didn't want and she corrected it. I had called the 1-800 number and they gave me a rental unit in a different facility than my current one. Alicia corrected that and I'm now in the same facility with both units. Kudos to
