My Wife and I had a wonderful “true Customer Service” experience working with Trina. Her friendly and warm personality made what would normally be an added stressful and challenging process into a positive smooth transition for us. She often went out of her way to ensure that we understood the details of the Public Storage process and what she could offer, and at the same time ensured that we received the best service throughout. Our Thanks and applause goes to Trina for her excellence in true Customer Service!

I usually don't write reviews on my interactions with companies that I come across. A few weeks ago I had a situation that I truly had no chance of improving. That was before I spoke with Stacie Collins. She listened to my problem and said she will see if she can help. After about a week, through Stacie's vigilance, the occasion came across where I was able to greatly improve my rental. I know that if it wasn't for Stacie, I would probably let go of my rental space. She is the consummate customer service representative.

This wonderful , amazing, and very patient lady Mrs Trina Rene was so kind in helping me set up my service. Walked me through every step and explained everything to me so I could understand.

SO UPSET! OK SO WE DID A RESERVATION AND GOT TO THE STORAGE UNIT AND WE COULDN'T EVEN GET OUR UNIT BECAUSE IT WAS COMPLETELY IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS RELATED TO MY ACCOUNT WAS THE EMAIL. SO HERE WE JUST PAID SOMEONE ELSE'S UNIT AND THERE IS NO REAL PERSON, JUST A KIOSK WITH A LADY WHO HUNG UP ON ME AFTER TELLING ME TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO GET IT SQUARED AWAY!! SO WE HAD TO THEN RESERVE ANOTHER UNIT AND PAY FOR THAT ONE AS WELL. SO A WEEK LATER AND ALL THEY TELL ME IS, " WERE WORKING ON IT!" NO REFUND, NO OK LET US GIVE YOU A MONTH ON US FOR COMPLETELY MAKING YOU BROKE AND WASTING HOURS ON ALL THE CALLS, PEOPLE SPOKEN TO(8) , ETC!! NO EXCUSES FOR IT!! IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED AND WHEN/IF IT DOES THERE SHOULD BE A PROTOCOL FOR IT, LIKE I DUNNO ...... MAYBE AT LEAST ADMISSION TO THE ISSUE AT HAND, REFUND, AND MAKING IT RIGHT!!!! NONE OF WHICH WAS AN OPTION!!!!

We was moving to florida and needed a storage unit. We rented a small unit and ended up needing a bigger one. The size we needed was not available. We found the size we needed at a different place. I call public storage and was told since we wasn’t even in Florida yet and hadn’t even opened the unit that we would be refunded. I have called several times because I have not been refunded. I was told it would be escalated higher up . Still not even a phone call. It’s been 3 weeks now.

Very dissatisfied! Only using them for the convenience. They are not the cheapest! When initially renting I needed to see where we would end up and make sure it would work for the trailers we would bring in and have to navigate. Also did a second unit online, and ended up with a unit that had double doors...Again couldn't view beforehand and no live person on location to assist...and that type of unit wouldn't work. So I found a location that we went out of the way to get to that had a live human there....changed the unit and still didn't get my refund from the initial (2nd) unit. Cannot reach anyone on the phone and have tried for several days!!!! Very frustrating....customer service is almost vacant!!!!
