Gate is always broke & unsecured. My RV was vandalized 2 weeks before I moved out. Rent was increased 68%, within 6 months. They tried to charge for the month AFTER I moved out on the 09/27, claiming my code was used on 10/03. (Even though the gate was broke and open). If you have issues, nobody wants to help. Save yourself some self inflicted pain and go elsewhere. For RV storage, go 3 blocks north & you will find a better, cheaper and more secure facility

My experience at public storage started out very Rocky but a manager named ebony smooth everything all over she took care of everything that I needed save me from running all over town trying to get another unit rented next to my one that I already had she did a great job and it's very professional I would recommend this to anyone

Yanique was very nice and very professional. She handles her duties quite well. The storahe communit was very nice, I like the cleanliness of my unit, I only wish it had been behind the gate, not road side.

I have a unit at 13425 Se Hwy 484. Have had it for many years. Door was always difficult to open. Would get stuck. Jason who work’s maintenance came down from Ocala on a day he was not scheduled and opened the door for me. He gave me the days and hours he is at this unit so he would be there. He is the kindest person I have met in a long time. He is the epitome of customer service. I cannot thank him enough. All the units should have an employee like Jason. He is an exemplary representative of customer service for Public Storage. Thank you Jason! You are the best! Btw, he is magic, the door opened without a hitch for Jason.
