I went to O’Reillys on Thursday to get some part for my vehicle after some unexpected car trouble. The manger Danielle help me with getting new part . She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the situation and very fast at locating the parts ! I will definitely recommend O’Reillys in belllview to anyone looking for car part service! Been going here for 15 years got 2 bad parts In a row not getting compensated enough for my time, the alternator they gave me burned up my truck and am getting the run around, had a 16 hour job and am getting paid less than half of my rate actually 1/4 for the same job again.

If there were negative zero ratings this might be useful. I have a year 2000 Camry and ordered a simple set of brake pads for the most popular car in America. (I should have known when they had to order a simple consumable for such a widely used vehicle that they were hinkey). What I received required use of all old hardware except the pads and the pads required some modification on a grinding wheel to fit. The guy at O'Reilly's showed me in his computer at the store that the pads were OEM (made in India for a Japanese car) and guaranteed to fit. To be fair the people in the store were friendly, helpful and only selling what their computer told them to sell. My beef is with the O'Reilly's computer system. It's flat wrong about the 4th best selling car in the US in 2000. (Edmonds). The box even had the years and models the pads fit. (My 2000 was not listed on the box but the computer said otherwise (and an O'Reilly's associate argued with me that the parts would fit)) I can't trust them ever again with any car parts.
