Very disappointed with the prepaid process but regular pickup service has been great so far. No one waited on me, didn't once look my way actually at the prepaid line, I had to get behind others in the regular pick up line which defeats the purpose to get service. They said sorry it's very busy but isn't that the reason to prepay to avoid having to wait when it's busy? .

Wow this Publix pharmacy needs to be shut down or at minimum re-staffed, nearly every associate is rude, pretentious, controlling and are snobs, (including one pharmacist I spoke to), most of the associates are not properly trained and give incorrect information, (hence why you always have new faces there), this is the fault of the manager and the pharmacist allowing it to go on, almost always takes 2 -3 days to get a script filled...enough of that because i know reviews dont matter and this place has been this way for a long time and isn't going to change, it's just time to use another pharmacy

Belleview publix Pharmacy always has my prescriptions ready on time, and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Laurel is who I saw today, and she was so kind with helping me save money on a very expensive prescription. Thank you, Laurel!

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. After hurricane Milton needed an emergency of 2 days of a non controlled substance while evacuated. Can't do it unless they talk to my doctor. I don't know if my doctor's office even exists at this point with the hurricane, so I'm in trouble. THEY WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM. Can't even get 2 pills during the worst disaster we've been through.

This is the worst pharmacy I've had to work with. I moved from the other side of town and started picking up my meds here, but when I submitted a refill request through the app here, it was taking several days to be filled. I figured they were just busy because of the holiday, so I wasn't upset. I call after a few days and they tell me they can't refill my meds until they talk to my doctor. Seems weird and wish they had told me, but okay...finally, after a few days, I go to the Publix pharmacy closer to my work in tears because I am going through medication withdrawals. I explain the situation and ask if they can do an emergency refill for a few days while I figure something out; the pharmacist at that location pulled my file right up and said "I have no idea what the issue would be. You have another month's supply worth of refills, so I'll have it ready in 10 minutes." I have absolutely no idea how this Belleview Publix came to the conclusion that they could not give me my meds, but it was severely inconvenient and harmful! I will go out of my way to visit a different pharmacy from now on.

Hubby and I are good with this pharmacy. However, one thing they could do better would be to call when a prescription is ready.

Gave me the wrong prescription strength and since I took one without looking at it they wouldn’t take back all they said if you hadn’t taken one we could have taken back. I’m glad it wasn’t life threatening medication or I could be dead

Very efficient at getting meds ready, even when prescribed from Georgia, plus a 4th Rona shot almost upon arrival.

I used cvs for 18 years and since January they have been terrible and the staff has no clue what they are doing. Everytime I had an Rx I had a problem. I changed to Publix pharmacy and they're worse. Clueless.

Worst meds. You can find in this area cvs blows you guys out of the water for sure and none of the people behind the counter at the pharmacy know what your own policy is a bunch of overpayed yahoos at least the young girls there are nice but the rest of you need an attitude adjustment.especially the techs...edit.. they have gave me multiple answers on the same issue on different occasions they treat you how they want to treat you because they know they have the power all of my reviews are Straight From the Heart and all I want to do is to leave people in the right direction take yourself to Villages Pharmacy they will take care of you with hardly any wait time
