If I could give 0 stars I would staff sent threatening messages after getting hung up on for not talking and when reporting to the manager about the employee he took their side was extremely disrespectful and tried justifying the employees actions.

If i could give this a big fat 0 i would. The manager at this store was very unprofessional and very rude to my girlfriend, she makes her payments on time everytime but he wants to be rude and raise his voice to her. Sorry she works full time and communicates all the time with them. No, they lost our business, never again.

The employees were very respectful the store was nice and clean and even during lunch they had me in and out in a flash... they give you 1 through 5 to choose but I give you'll a 10.9

Helpful, friendly staff and management!This was my first time to visit this store/location and I was very pleased with the service.
Jeff, the Store Manager, went out of his way to show me around the store and online furniture rentals. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for furniture.

Love love love this location. Jeff the manager ,amazing goes above and beyond for customers ,makes u feel welcomed never rushed.Bob is extremely helpful,friendly and very kind. I have spoke with Bob on several occasions and never once have I had an issue.
Anyone looking to work for them could deff learn something traning wise, from Bob.
Chris and David are also very nice.
Good job Belleview rent a Center keep it up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jeff and Bob are the most crooked people in the world. I paid off a washer and dryer with them(yes I was late sometimes, even had covid and didn't work for a bit) but the account was paid in full. Couple months later I stop in looking for a sectional, Jeff was nice in person and said "anything I can do to help ya just let me know" fast forward to today I tried renting a portable AC unit from another location (they didn't have one in stock) and Bob and Jeff told them not to rent to me! I called and asked for Jeff and of course "he was in a meeting"(what meeting could you possibly be in, other than not having the guts to talk to me)so I got to deal with Mr. Rude as can be Bob I've already called corporate and am looking forward to call with the district manager. These two need to learn how to treat people. Rent a center is garbage!

This company lacks professionalism in the way they speak to their customers, treating them like children instead of respectful individuals. The credit manager takes it a step further by trying to intimidate those who don't comply with his demands, even when payments are not past due. I know this firsthand, as I was threatened by the credit manager to come and grab a sofa and loveseat from my home, where I have a newborn and three other children, simply because I stated that I expected to be treated with respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will never recommend this STORE to ANYONE. I will be escalating this issue to the highest degree possible and sending a letter on Monday morning to ensure that their unacceptable behavior does not go unheard. They really have to do better, and that credit manager needs to seek a new career, because working with PEOPLE is not his expertise! I could UNDERSTAND if my account was past due, but it wasn’t - it just wasn’t IN the system by 1pm .. If I could give them a ZERO I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD!!!

Nothing like paying online and having the store call and want to drop it off sooner than scheduled just for them to cancel the contract and pick the couch up 2 days after bringing it!!!! Poor poor business.definitely ran by a moron
