I have been going to Ivana for about 1 year now and I am very satisfied with what she has done with my hair. I will recommend anybody that I know to her. She is amazing with color and straightening hair. She is such a kind and honest hairstylist I will not be going anywhere else.

This is long, but definitely tells about the service here.
Mine and my friend’s experience at Split Endz was nothing short of awful. For starters, our appointment was at 9, in which we arrived at on time. Ivana had us wait 20 minutes as she finished up her previous client, with zero condolences about our wait, which is whatever. Then came the hair part. My friend is naturally ginger, with 2 years of box dye, however, the day prior the two did a test strand, proving that she would lift pretty well. Ivana begins bleaching, and foiling her hair. Which took forever, but in all fairness, my friend has extremely long, thick, dense hair. The problems arose when my friend was told to wait. First 15 minutes.. then 15 more minutes.. then another 15 minutes. Ivana repeatedly made us wait, longer and longer. My friend ended up having her neck arched in the bowl for over 45 minutes as Ivana rinsed, then proceeded to add even more bleach and toner in her hair. (Wet) My friend silently complained about an extremely itchy scalp, but did not want to trouble the staff. To top all of this off, there were many strands of my friends hair, extremely dark strands that were either; not bleached all the way, didn’t sit long enough, or were downright missed in the bleaching process. Ivana proceeded to make my friend wait there with her head in the bowl with TONER on practically black strands of hair as if it would do anything for i beleieve over an hour in total. Not to mention as my friend waited, she started on an entirely new client. Yes, a new client. Don’t know what the hell she was even doing. Finally, she rinses her, and blow dries. This process also takes forever for absolutely no reason. When the time comes for the color, she, and another stylist tag-team my friend’s hair. They make her sit in a hairdryer for 30 minutes-they take her back out-slap some more on her head-and made her wait AGAIN.
For reference, as I WRITE this review, we are currently still here, and HAVE been here since 9:00am. It is 4:30pm.
The process was overall sloppy. Nothing seemed planned or put together in the slightest, and we were obviously not compensated.
All in all, Ivana was a nice girl.
I feel bad for being this angry over service, In fact, I am NEVER the type to leave a bad review, or complain about service, but all my friend wanted was to get her hair done; Not spend the entire day there.
I personally, have gotten my hair done more times than I can count, and not one of my appointments has taken this long, even with complications.
Even with her hair texture and length, the service was absolutely awful, and took AGES longer than it should have.
(To top it off, I watched a stylist wipe her nose on a towel that was previously used for a client’s wet hair. Ew!)
For the price, and quality, not worth the wait whatsoever. Nobody wants to spend 7 hours in a hair salon.

Salon is very clean and bright, staff greeted us as soon as we came in, service was quick and professional. Larissa took great care of my aunt and made sure she got the exact haircut she wanted!
