Some concerns include disruptive behavior and issues like dump bees. The park may get a bar soon. It is a place with both good times and some challenges.

There was no complaints about visitors nor anyone nor anything and neighbors actually wave hi all the time..my mom even is friends with the neighbor's kitty and I absolutely love that this particular park doesn't have their homes so close together!!! Awesome for my mom and her fiance!!

That Mr. Lahey is drunk all the time and drove his car through my garden yesterday. The lot fees are pretty cheap though. Watch out for the dump bees and bottle kids. Julian says there is gonna be a bar here soon.

Mr. Salverda looks like he's on top of things. Takes good care of the place.
