If I could give this store less stars, I definitely would. I had the most horrible experience ever for a customer. 1 received a defective phone from day. One was told when I went into the store that it was a warranty issue. Had to get on the phone with T-Mobile for them to physically call the store and tell them to give me a new phone that it was not a warranty issue finally, switching to a new provider when I return the items which was everything that was given to me in a bag, the guy who received the items, handed me a receipt and never said anything about charges that we’re going to Be charged to me for a missing box that I did not receive the gentleman at the store, put the OtterBox and the tampered glass on the phone in the store The gentleman that sold me the phone, put everything in a small pink bag and sent me Home with it I did not remove anything from these bags and kept them because it was a two week trial. Now, when I go to cancel the service, the lady made me aware of the store, put two charges on me for an OtterBox that was returned, and also a tempered glass that was returned on the phone that was When I spoke to the store again, they informed me that I must’ve missed placed it Which I informed him That I never received it in the bag that was given to me The manager stated that he could not do anything for me that I could call corporate If this was missing from the beginning, why would they have not said anything to me when I returned this Because this store is a rip off looking for any way to make extra money on peoples return Corporate will be hearing from me

Very annoyed! We went in on 12/13 to order a new phone. After being told that we wouldn’t get charged by one employee then being told we would be getting charged by another, we accepted that we will likely be charged. We asked how long it would take, they said 2-3 days but due to the holidays it could take another 2-3 days. It’s now been a week and a half with no phone. Then we asked when we would be charged and got told, on delivery you will be charged. We were charged today 12/21. WITH NO PHONE. Went to the store again, they said something completely different. Very annoyed that we were never told the right information

These guys are awesome. I can't say how awesome Ed is. He definitely loves his job and will go above and beyond to make you happy and to save you money.When you go there tell them you want Ed and no one else.

Called to see if store had phone in stock to add a line on my account and Store employee told me they don’t know and can’t tell me over the phone because of policy but when i called other stores it was no issue at all. Only reason I called instead of coming in was because of I live far and the other closest store was out of stock on the product. Lost a customer

If I could put negative zero stars I would!!! When I went in to try the new Wi-Fi service I got it all set up and everything wasn’t satisfied so went back in within less than a week of having it just to have gotten billed over a month later owing 150$!!! I cancelled everything that day just to almost have my credit billed for something I used for less than a week! Turns out the Spanish guy I had worked with both times had lied in the system saying the equipment was never returned!!! Worst place in all of belleview can’t be trusted apparently and I will NEVER get anything from them again and will make sure every person I know never does either!!

Worst service ever by Craig. He didnt want to help not even with information. Very rude like he is not a morning person And was not in the mood to help. Since he opened the door he was rushing so he could get us out of the way fast. this is the main reason why people keep leaving this company. High bills bad customer service.

Shame I have to even put 1 star. No service on my phone all week and the people working here are clueless. Like not even willing to run a signal check. Now why in the world would I continue paying for service I'm not getting. Lousy service not helpful. Basically just looked me in the eye like there was nothing they could do at all. What a joke. Waste of time. Hello verizon
