“09/22/25 - We had our 2022 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss detailed today at Hydro Shine. The truck actually looks better today than the day we took ownership off of the dealership floor. I have to hand it to them as the do an excellent job and I would recommend anyone taking any of their vehicles to them. They have a customer in us for as long as they are in business. “I have been a happy customer for 3 years now. Today my car battery died when I was trying to turn it on to leave after having washed and vacummed my truck at Calliber Car Wash in Inverness, Fl. I was really thinking I would have be towed home. I went to the office and asked a very nice employee called Dalton ( which later he told me he was one of the managers there), to see if he could jump start my car. He went right away to help me. He parked his truck by mine at the vaccum spot and used his cables to tried to jump start. It didn't work. I was just so grateful that he tried to help me he didn't need to do anything else. However, he offered to go to Autozone and get me a new battery and change it for me. I just couldn't believe how nice and good heart he was to go out of his way just to help me. I accepted, I gave him my card so he could buy the battery. He got his tools, took the old battery out, took it to Autozone, came back with a new one and the receipt, installed for me and my car finally worked. Seriously, what a GENTLEMAN! Dalton is a true manager that cares about his customers, even when it has nothing to do with his obligations as a car wash manager. I will be a forever customer there and HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to be a customer there too. All employees are so caring and helpfull. Caliber Car Wash in Inverness is the BEST!”
