Was charged $8.00 fee penalty for not having an account here when I needed to cash a check from a Developer. Would have been willing to open one until I realized that’s how my customers would be treated too.Update-They’ve respond stating I could have used my own bank clearly not even taking the due diligence to look in to the matter or Marty would realize checks cut from BOA to multiple people would in fact not be able to be cashed elsewhere unless all invested parties banked at the same institution. Maybe sales can explain (Marty) that you had an opportunity to gain new business, opted for a quick Eight dollars without trying to gain accounts, loans etc. Instead most assuredly cost yourself more than $8.00 and should not be admired for your poor financial choices. In fact banks are typically chosen based on the ability to make choices which result in an anticipated return not chasing off potential investors.

Great branch with a highly efficient team. Krystle (Relationship Manager) really does care for her customers and does her best to help. The kind of service I received here is the kind that makes you want to remain a lifelong customer. Thank you.

Quick, easy, convienent. I feel secure using BoA drive through. Also close to Winn Dixie, Ace hardware, Chinese food, etc.

Closing the doors are not exactly very smart business, there are ways to take care of the customers in person if there were some smart managers. No wonder the stock price is on the floor ?

The inconsiderate smucks closed the neighborhood Bank of America without notice or explanation. I'll be moving all my money and accounts to a bank closer to home definstel done with B of A forever and I will call all my friends and suggest they leave B of A, too.

The team at Beverly Hills knows how to treat their customers with respect and kindness. They are very helpful and know how to do their job right. Unlike the Inverness bank. Krystal is amazing and I think she needs too start training the Inverness bank employee's how to do their job.

I really don't like this bank. They do nothing to help the working class.

We are relatively new customers to BOA, Krystle Clark is an amazing asset to this branch. She is upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and goes over and above to make sure her clients are cared for. The counter customer care agents are all friendly and helpful as well. We wish there was a drive thru but to get excellent customer service it’s a small price to pay to have to get out of the car and go inside.

Convenient location but the hours are terrible, especially for this day and age. 9am-4pm Monday through Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm and NO Saturday hours!
