Do not come here! Unless you want to be over charged.
I had an appointment at 530pm right after work, I asked for feet and eyebrows. I left at 804pm...and got charged $90. So the next day I called and my mom asked them why they changed me so much, they say I did acrylic on my big toe and that's extra. I don't like acrylic on my nails. I only got a gel french tip and got my eyebrows done. I would understand if I did my nails and feet to be 90 but my eyebrows and feet thats a little too much.

First time at this salon
My previous one was not up to par anymore after many visits. Staff was very friendly and very attentive towards me. They made me feel welcomed. Love the way may nails and pedicure turned out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Three hours for a pedicure and fill in. Tech had to drain spa bowl and refill because she was so slow, the water turned cold. The owner told me she woukd do my naiks fast. She took 7 calls whike trying to finish ny manicure. The owner had enough nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. LOL

If you want to feel like royalty, walk into Diamond Nails and ask for Lena and Wes!!!
I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately - no waiting, no stress, just kindness and care from the second I stepped through the door. Lena gave me one of the most beautiful, detailed sets of nails I’ve ever had, and Wes? He’s a pedicure magician. Thoughtful, precise, and made me feel completely relaxed the whole time.
It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with both professionalism and warmth - but they’ve nailed it (pun totally intended).
From start to finish, this wasn’t just a nail appointment—it was a self-care experience. I’m still staring at my hands and smiling.
Thank you, Lena and Wes, for making me feel fabulous. I’ll be back - and bringing friends. 💅✨

Toenails and fingernails are too completely different colors. The price was about $40 more than it should’ve been. They added a whole bunch of bullcrap to the bill and Yeah the people were not very personable at all. I received a gift certificate for the salon for a pedicure for Mother’s Day and decided to go last weekend. I just wanted a basic pedicure and basic polish, and had to keep saying that probably about 1 million times. The owner or manager or whoever the lady is in charge, kept coming over to the chair where I was sitting and harassing me to get gel, legit would not stop. The girl actually doing my pedicure cut my cuticle and just said “sorry” proceeded to keep screwing with it after I asked her to stop and just go to the next toe. This was the WORST pedicure I have ever had. It was so rushed and they were just trying to get me out of there. Then when it comes time to pay, mind you, I have a gift certificate, She tells me the total And it seemed rather high for the services I had received. When I asked her to go over the price with me, she told me it was 35 for the basic pedicure which on their menu says 30, she charged me five dollars to remove the toenail polish already on my toes Which I never saw anywhere on their menu that they charge for that And then she proceeded up upon herself to tip the girl that was doing my feet $10 without even asking me. When I told her no just five dollars is fine. She angrily handed me back my five dollars and change. I’m usually a very generous tipper, but my experience was awful and I will not be back. Sad because this place used to be my favorite salon, but obviously whoever took it over has no clue what they’re doing or any care in the world about customer service. Quite a few of my friends have also been scammed by this place as well. All you have to do is do a little research and read the reviews. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in the county except here to get your nails done

Run for your life from this place. I got the worst pedicure of my life this afternoon. I got to the salon around 415 and wondered why it was completely empty. I could not tell if the woman who worked on me was trying to file my toe nail or sandpaper my skin completely off. She then clipped several toenail to the.point of bleeding and keepst working even when I would wince in pain. The entire pedicure took an hour and 40ish minutes or so and not cuz she did an amazing relaxing massage it was more like she didnt kniwnwhat she was doing. She kept getting up to do other things including mouthwashing at the customer sink where u rinse your hands during a manicure. I should also add the entire time she kept putting my feet back into the turned cold water even after applying lotion which I thought was super strange and never changed the towel. It's been a few hours since I left and the tips of my toes are hurting walking around my house. Don't go here and if you do don't put up with what I put up with, I should have walked the heck out of there.

My daughters and I went there to get our nails done we asked the prices and she told us $35 each than she was pushing gel polish , pushed pedicures told us only $10 each if you get get polish. My pedicure was only about 20 minutes long and she charged $50 for it. We were expecting everything to add up to under $200
We ended up with a bill of over $300.demanding tips! Complaining to the owner does no good, she double talks over you. I do not recommend going to this place you will get robbed!

If you are in any type of a hurry don’t go here. I went today, called ahead and was told no wait if I got there within 15 mins. Got there and was put in a chair. The person who walked in 5 mins after me was instantly started and I was told I would be next. Then watched 4 more people walk in and be taken and started as I still sat there. After sitting in a chair “soaking” for 1 hour and 5 mins I got up and told them I was leaving. This is when two employees stood up and said wait i’’m almost done and your next. Needless to say I left and will not be back. Was really hopeful to find a new salon too.
