I miss the young American girl who was there . She was friendly made sure I was taken care of and she paid attention to the service I requested now it’s a total mess in there everyone is loud playing on the phone they act like they don’t remember anything. Not how it used to be hope it gets better for them being business is slow

I have been going to Rose for quite awhile. She does an amazing job. I love her. She actually takes her time and pays attention to the satisfaction of her customers. I would highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for a relaxing pedicure and not a rushed one.

I want to let you know my visit to your salon this past Monday will be my last. I have been going here for over 2 years and whenever I walk in, you all act like you have never seen me. I only get pedicures, but no one seems to remember that fact. Rose did my pedicure, and she digs and digs on the sides of my toes. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing; her methods do not make it so. Along with the discomfort, she wipes the debris she’s digging out, on top of my foot! It’s disgusting. She also rushes massaging my legs – it does not matter which level of service I pick – she does it every time.
You started a pedicure on one of your relatives right next to me. That was fine, but she was playing some daytime drama or music of some sort on her phone, and she had it on speaker. I had to listen to that most of my time there. Again, this was to be a relaxing time and was not even close. This is not the first time Lynn you been disruptive. Another time you had your daughter eat her lunch/dinner right next to me, while she played a game on her phone, again it’s all I could hear.

The services I received were dip manicure and gel pedicure, the 1 star I'm giving Diva Nails is solely because the quality of the materials used were sub-par. The dip material is meant to offer a bit of protection for ones natural nail, however a day in one chipped, normally would probably have gone back to address the issue. That weekend I had family arrive unplanned by me and was busy the whole weekend. The nails broke left and right as the days passed, I wasn't tunneling or working construction, my normal daily activities & the dip on my nails offered no protection whatsoever.
The dip material was brittle, I don't quite know how else to describe it's nature. Rosie the manicurist was amazing. Her attention to detail was exceptional, this is by no means a reflection on her, the quality of the materials used is the issue. For that reason I do not recommend this establishment. I love having my nails and feet looking clean and polished and will look for a salon that doesn't skimp on their materials.

Perfection! After getting a pedicure a few weeks ago with a group of four, I came back for a full set. Donnie did amazing, took his time, asked if everything was how I liked it. I appreciate the patience and detail. I will definitely be back for my fill!

Went in for pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure took an hour and 45 minutes. I’ve never had a pedicure take so long. I didn’t even have time to stay to finish my manicure. Very disappointed. Was also charged 97 dollars, for a pedicure? And gel removal.
Will never go back
