“The absolute best CrossFit/functional fitness gym around! Coach Jenny is incredible, and the facility is very spacious, clean, great equipment, along with a member base which has a very welcoming culture!
I travel into the area a few times per year and always my “go to” gym family, “home away from home”
Highly recommend!”

“The gym is equipped with a variety of cable machines, free weights, benches, and machines, all of which are modern and well-maintained. The cardio section offers plenty of options, including bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and ergs. The staff are professional and welcoming. They're always available for assistance. One-on-one training costs extra. Parking is never an issue, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.I wish the gym would extend its hours, especially on weekends. During peak hours, the free weight area can get a bit crowded, but overall, BellaVita Spa and Fitness is a top-notch gym that I highly recommend.Another area for improvement is a more accommodating policy regarding guests of members. Also why no towels provided for shower/sauna/pool areas?”

“My wife and I were looking for a local gym and met with Chris who made us feel comfortable and welcome. It was a no brainer for us and we signed up for two years. We also were lucky enough to get Luis as our trainer who is excellent and knows exactly how to motivate us. Download the app and it tells you how many people are at the gym in advance. It's clean, friendly and non judgmental. People will help you with a smile if you need assistance. Highly recommended!”
“I have been coming to this gym for 2 summers during our vacation and this gym has everything you need as far as weights and machines! I honestly don’t see where the bad reviews are coming from. Yes, the upstairs is a little warm, but you come to sweat and you are in Florida so some things are to be expected. The staff is great, and they will discount the price for the amount of time you need the gym if you are vacationing! The pool, sauna, and childcare are definitely a plus!”
“Just for transparency: they offer free T-shirts for positive reviews from new members. With that said, I actually turned down the shirt and am leaving this review after canceling my membership. Also, I never tried the meals they offer, and had the basic membership so can't speak to the more advanced recovery options they have. That said, my experience at this place was nothing but positive.
Equipment: The other reviews claiming that this place has every niche machine you could conjure up are absolutely true – every time I thought I had finally needed a machine they didn't have, I ended up finding it. I even discovered some machines I'd never heard of that were super useful for my workouts. Even the attachment options for the cable machines were extremely diverse, really impressive. Literally the only thing I could complain about could be that they need a couple extra calipers for clipping single-caliper attachments to the dual-caliper cables, but that is an extremely minor complaint since I was still able to make my routines work without problems. Everything was super clean. Once, some bolt or something had come loose and compromised one of the machines, and I forgot to let the staff know, but was fixed the very next time I used it. Point being they maintain the machines well.
Traffic and space: my routine was to come in around 1-4pm, and never once in a month and a half did I have to weight for a machine. It was practically empty the couple of times I came in between 8-10:30pm. I came in once at peak hours (like 5-7pm), and it was pretty busy, but not overly crowded like a lot of gyms can be. I owe this to the layout and abundance of machines. They also don't skimp on the fundamentals – TONS of adjustable benches, squat racks, bench presses, leg presses, redundancy in all the basic equipment that people use a lot. Very nice to be able to have access to those things when you need them. Only once did anyone ask if I was finished using something.
Classes: I only went to the yoga classes with Kira Kavall, which were excellent. I thought she did a great job balancing challenging fitness and mobility moves with range-of-motion and relaxation emphases. They were seriously challenging, don't sleep on them (but do be punctual, they start right on the dot). Kira's style was friendly, instructional, and straightforward, but did not use a lot of positive/baby-type talk or spiritual musings. Personally that fit my style well, but definitely different than like a Yoga with Adriene.
Cost: the signup and cancelation fees are steep, so make sure to consider those during signup. That said, the week-to-week rate is competitive compared to other gyms in the area, but with way more offerings. Probably not a great short-term option, but if you need a long-term option, in my opinion the fees pay for themselves.
Misc: The shakes were great! It was nice to be able to hit up the hydro massages after workouts and yoga sessions. I didn't think I would ever care about the posing room, but it actually turned out to be pretty useful. The music was fine and seemed like it varied depending on who was on shift. They played classic rock sometimes and pop sometimes. They also played Christian radio sometimes; I don't really pay attention to the music regardless of what's playing, but mentioning in case that matters one way or the other to others.
Customer service: The staff were always friendly and helpful. Corey was super friendly at my orientation. I moved out of town and had to cancel remotely, and Parker was super helpful in getting my cancelation sorted.
Overall: gym of rare quality, highly recommend!”
