“Real convenient place to do clothes. Some improvements could be made such as the temperature in the building and the sterilization of the washers with mildew in them. It is a bit warm in the building during spring and summers months and as for the mildew it's not to bad compared to other laundry mats but I still see some in some of the washers. Other than that thank you for providing this service to the community.”
“This laundry mat was clean, air conditioned and the staff were friendly. It's was midmorning and not busy at all. There's a change machine (super useful). A nice sitting area for both adults and children. Nice place.”
“Good dryers. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the other half is a wash and fold service, many complain about how hot it is inside, really? Numerous dryers, people going in and out constantly, the Florida heat, come on people, common sense isn't as common as it used to be apparently, write a list of all the air-conditioned laundromats, I dare you, that's what I thought, buy a washer and do it at home. Just be thankful for what you have”

“Don't know the name of you're employee working this morning, but you need to make this woman employee of the month. The woman takes more pride in her job than anyone I've ever seen. Actually came in and CLEANED & MOPED the entire place, sweped up all the cigarette butts out front to include the parking lot then mopped the sidewalk out front, she didn't stop there, she then went on to clean all the front windows and assisted patrons with a smile like she actually enjoyed her job (a happy alternative to the employees I usually see here). She showed up for work and did all that within the short 30 minutes I was there. If I had a business I would steal her from your employ in a heartbeat. 👍🏻”

“Update: my experience the last few times has been so much better. I picked up a bunch of clothes today and all looked perfect. Businesses can’t always get everything 100% perfect. It’s the way they treat you when something goes wrong that separates decent from great customer service. Thank you!
I have been a customer for 8 years, but my last two orders were sloppy and unwearable. I had them redo a bunch of shirts that came back in good shape after the redo, but the new ones I dipped off were as bad as the ones I hade to have redone. They clearly have an attention to detail issue with employees. I like the person working the Crystal River store very much and she is empathetic and committed to customer service, but the quality of work is just unacceptable. I’m only writing this review to get some management attention to the issue. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’d go somewhere else if there were another option in Crystal River.”
“Never been a big laundromat person. But being in need for one. This is conveniently close and usually not to crowded. Never had any issues. Would be nice to have the restroom more available. But its our laundromat until we can better situated.”

“Clean facility and generally all machines are working. It's great to have this facility nearby as it makes washing very large items possible and has been a life-saver on the occasion that our home machines are not working. I like that the machines accept credit or debit cards. I also like that the machines are so much faster than standard home units, both to wash and to dry.”
