Horrible place tried to scam me for $300 after I went to another store I was only charged $100 out the door. Thank god i didnt fall for it, The girl will try to pocket your money!

I tried switching to this provider; however, they would not honor their advertised deal on iPhone 13. It’s advertised as “iPhone 13 on us” after paying $49.99 up front and receiving a $50 gift card after 3rd monthly payment. When setting up my plan, they wanted to charge $199.99 for the phone and would not honor their deals posted both online and in the store.

I am currently an AT & T customer and I walked into metro to check their plans and I spoke with Marley, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to find answers for my questions and concerns. I will be switching my service provider soon because of the great customer service I received from Metro and Marley.
