At the Beverly Hills, FL location, Shannon was cheerful and efficient. She quickly located just the right spot and completed the blood draw so easily. Amazingly, I had not even a mark or bruise to show for it. A great experience!

This was my second appointment trying to get my blood drawn. I was at the Inverness lab the day before and they could not find my doctors order. After speaking with my doctors office they preceeded to resend the blood draw order over so I made another morning appointment Friday at the Beverly Hills office. I checked in and come to find out they didn't get my order. The office went above and beyond (#2 cubicle) looking in each local Quest office and could not find my order. After begging for a solution she drew my blood placed it aside so I could grab a physical order in which I promised to deliver. I was so grateful for all she had done including a follow up call to confirm I was returning. Thank you so much Quest for above and beyond customer service!

I use a local Quest (Beverly HIlls FL) regularly for my blood work. The office is conveniently located, has good appointment availability, and has an easy appointment-making system. Best of all, the techs are experienced, making the process pain-free. Parking is easy. The process is quick. I love the website that allows me to compare current and past results. Results are available to me super quick. I've used this location for 5+ years and have never had a bad experience. If you've had to fast and want to eat immediately after your test, a popular local breakfast restaurant is a few feet away. Ignore the dingy front. Everything else is great.
