The inside customer service is improving. There r times with almost no staff. They r not very good at acknowledging customers even if they can't help u right away THERE IS HOPE THEY ARE IMPROVING IM still not certain that I wouldn't try a different branch to receive extra help

On a recent visit to my bank (REGIONS). I give them KUDOS for the quick service I received, for the purpose that sent me there. I was also informed about how to manage my savings account better. Thanks Regions.

Branch is slow. Came in to dispute charge and had to wait longer than 20 minutes because only 1 person is able to help. They made me sit in their chairs instead of stand like I wanted to because someone just got done coughing all over it and they don't clean or have anything for people to wipe down the seats. Disappointed at how long we had to wait for assistance and how we were forced to sit in unclean chairs. I still didn't get to talk to anyone because they took too long and I had to leave.

Although the wait times can be a little long sometimes, I have always been greeted with a smile and able to complete my transactions or other banking business totally to my satisfaction.

I have made numerous calls 249-5310 and no one picks up the phone during regular business hours.. May have to pull my acct after 20 yrs.

The worst bank in town. This regions specifically has the rudest employees. If you do bank with regions, don't waste your time going to this location. They do not do as they advertise and they do not care about their customers. Besides that, you're always having to wait long periods of time to meet with a banker.

Been there for 5 years. I used to love the bank and Freida the manager was awesome. In the past year, they went downhill fast. Not only did the world fell apart but since Freida left, my local branch got lazy, rude and honestly...treat us like we were stupid and our business doesn't matter. It's definitely time to leave the bank and find a more honest, less rude and more friendly one sadly!

Would give 0 stars if I could, this branch is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. I've seen dozens of people walk out, including myself when it takes more than 30 minutes just to get help are only 2 customers in the bank. They've made countless mistakes like depositing my money in another persons account and they will just straight up lie to customers.We took out a loan, paid it off, and the employee assured us it would stop autopaying since it was paid off. Nope it still kept pulling the money for a loan that owed $0. It took multiple visits to get that fixed or so we thought. After months of the loan being paid off and the autopay being stopped they tried to pull out another payment as we were closing the account and that prevented us from closing it.Use any other bank, this branch is so mis-managed and most of the employees don't even know what they are doing. I'm surprised they are still open for business, we will be filing complaints with the federal reserve.

Run ....run as fast as you can away from this bank. I had so many issues with this bank even down to the day I tried to close out my accounts. Which didn't happen since they tried to debit a LOC payment from me putting my checking account into a negative account. Funny thing is the LOC was paid off in March.The Beverly Hills location has 5 office people sitting and 1 teller working both window and drive through. People was tired of waiting in line and left...this has happened many time when I've been there....not just once. If there was a 0 rating that's what I would have picked!
