Run away from this outfit. They are the worst in the biz. They are unsafe, unprofessional and likely won't be around for long. We were just cancelled for making a reasonal complaint about; 1. Their drivers and loaders. They park in the middle of the narrow streets of Beverly Hills, FL and will make no effort to let you by, at all. The other day they spent 20 minutes on one pick. This is so the could toss gallon cans of paint, thinner and who know what other household and or industrial waste. As former Technical Representative for a Hazardous Waste Disposal company, I suspect this outfit might well be violating various hazardous waste disposal regulations. Something that the EPA, DOT and Citrus County Landfill might have an interest in.2. The pickup schedule is never consistent. I'm talking non-holiday weeks where there should be no issue.We will be looking into other providers such as Waste Pro and others.I would encourage capable Entrepreneurs to consider ramping up a competitive service. The opportunity is presenting itself here for good professional vendors to secure many loyal customers.I would be pleased help and provide a list of some of the best Equipment Providers for Packer Trucks, new and used. my irritation is not with office personnel, it is with garbage pickup...Schedule PU is Monday and Thursdays. We are to have refuse curbside before 7:00 A.M. For the past month garbage is not being picked up till Tues. morning and then the day after on Thurs. Results in garbage sitting Sun night till Tues. allowing animals to raise havoc. Why are we having to pay for 2-day weekly service as we signed up for Mon. and Thurs? With only 1 day in between there is not enough to take to curb, but makes too much to hold over till the Next MONDAY! I guess it is time to start shopping for better service!!

These people just show up to their office and answer the phone whenever they feel like it. No customer service whatsoever. They are only punctual when taking your money.

This review is strictly for the web site. It has got to be the worst online site to pay your bill. Spent some money put up a site that the average person can use. It is frustrating to try to pay your bill using this site. Every month I end up calling and paying over the phone. MAKE IT SIMPLE.

2 stars just for sheer inconvenience. No autopay, no paperless billing, no online articles to show what gets picked up what day. We're in 2023, get with the times or sell your waste management company to someone who will like you did with the utilities. The cost for water and sewer went down after they sold, for anyone curious. Sure the price is cheap, but so is the service.

This company should close its doors!! They have some of the rudest customer service personel I have ever dealt with.In March of 2023, I went into the office to pay my bill which was $68. The woman I spoke with informed me I had a deposit credit of $108 which covered the bill I was there to pay, and leaving $40 credit for the following month.The next month I got a bill for $68 and I explained to them what the woman told me and they looked at me like I was nuts. When I described the woman, they said she was terminated.I refused to paybecause I did not owe it. The next day, I went to pay my garbage bill of $25. They are closed after 4 so I put my money in an envelope and put it in the slot.They sent me a notice they were cutting my garbage pick up off until the water was paid. I no longer even have this water company. I called today and the woman I spoke to said she never recieved the cash for the garbage. I gave her time and date and she said there was no cash deposited on my account and called me a liar! I explained about what the woman told me and she called me a liar again. I have a witness who saw me there, saw me put the money in the envelope and drop it in the slot and she called me a liar again, even about the woman who told me I had a credit. She claimed there was no woman there that fit my description and told me everything that was coming out of my mouth was a lie.This company misses garbage pick up at least once a month. Sometimes my garbage sits out by my box for days.This company has shut my water off 3 times because they were at the WRONG address and expected ME to pay another $50 for their mistake. They have broken 4 garbage cans and not once replaced them.This company is awful !!! I used the drop slot, from there, apparently, my payment was"MISPLACED".

Biggest degenerate con artists I have ever seen. I can't believe a class action wasn't brought against this company.Extremely rude but when you're protected by the government because you are a utility monopoly I guess you get away with it.Thank God a new company took over, I hope everyone in that office lost or loses their jobs and never works directly with customers again.

Edit:I have since canceled my service and am waiting for my account credit (I had about $60 extra in my account when i canceled) I tried calling to see where my money is since they said it would be sent on the 1st, and was gaslit again, they kept hanging up and putting me on hold tp avoid answering when I will get my money. Hopefully I get it soon so i can be done with this absolutely horrible company.My trash is never picked up on time I always have to call to get it picked up. It's ridiculous and unnecessary. They just told me that my days are Monday and Thursday but the paper I had when I moved in said Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since I can't find the paper the lady in the office said I "had no proof and will now have pick up Monday and Thursday" that being said I asked why my trash wasn't picked up Monday because I leave my trash bin near the road. She basically told me it was my fault for not calling them and letting them know. Because apparently they can't have any basic accountability. She continued to gaslight me and tell me my trash would be picked up Thursday, and did not answer any of my questions. She was incredibly rude, both the ladies in the office.If you can go with another service I would, they are terrible with pick up and customer service.

Absolutely the worst place of business. Unprofessional BOTH supervisors are rude . Went in to get an explanation of my bill and where my 150$ deposit went . Not 2 mention I’ve only had service since sept . Now saying I didn’t pay any bills when I clearly had bank statements and receipts of payment from them . Now saying they put my deposit on my old bill … makes no sense now I say I’m gonna call my lawyer they get mad and kick me out of the office . And she blew me a kiss which I recorded the whole interaction

After reading all negative reviews I was planning to buy a home in Beverley Hills but now I am not so sure. I live in SW Ocala and we have Marion County utility for water. My bill comes in an envelope with a return envelope enclosed. I do online banking, so my bank sends them my payment via a bank draft. We get our bill in the mail about 2 weeks before its due. The bill for water is $14 a month for 2 retirees. No sewer bill as we have a septic tank here. Florida Express collects our trash twice a week. They usually pick up at my home around 10 am. The trucks look like new, and they are always clean with a bright orange and brown paint job. They have never damaged my trash cans or left and trash on the road. Also, I can't ever remember getting any bill via a postcard. Sounds like this company in totally incompetent from the top down.

This waste management is a joke they do not pick up garbage like I pay for which is twice a week Monday and Thursday . As Christmas of 2022 on a Sunday they observed Monday for holiday, most go to next day nope they didn't come til Friday 6pm at night. New years same thing observed Monday didn't come yet this week either. I called asking for credit and was informed we don't do that. Now reason I am so annoyed is this has happened several times they don't pick up trash Monday or Tuesday . So don't pay for 2 days you are paying for nothing big.bad bad business I think at least make up the pick up day

I wish that there was a 0 star rating. This company really needs to look into what they are doing. Never received a bill but I guess that’s my fault according to them. Lost water with no notice. I will pay but since I get home from work after hours I have no water. I will be calling them tomorrow and see how me owing 38 dollars allows them to shout down my water. Wish me luck but I would never recommend this place at all. Totally bs

I've lived in Beverly Hills for 2 years and haven't been late once on a payment. The main line in my back yard sprung a leak. My back yard and 3 neighbors back yards are flooding. We have been waiting a week for answers as to when the repair would be completed. I'm left at this point with no satisfactory answers or any communication whatsoever on their part. A technician came out on 7/7 and confirmed that the leak was on their end and that a crew would be out to complete the repair on 7/8. The crew came out and left almost immediately upon arrival with no rescheduling. After calling several times, they have essentially said they'll get to it when they get to it.
