oh what a horrible manager running that branch in Beverly Hills Florida address 3643 N Lecanto Hwy, he was so rude I was treated terribly, he refused to give me my money! I have been a customer for 35 years I am leaving immediately. I am afraid to go back there he may do something terrible to my accounts! Stay away from Truist or at least that branch I will find out his name and call the head office asap. The whole bank runs so slow because of him...I dont even give one star but I have to post Stay away!

I have been trying for the past 6 hours to speak with a representative to inquire about an important bank issue. I made an appointment and no one called. The Customer Service is terrible. I would never deal with this bank!
Took off from work…..what a waste of my time!

Brad and his team at this branch really took care of me and my needs with professional and creative solutions. Considering my nightmare experience at regions attempting to open account I was very reluctant to try again but Brad created multiple avenues and made it happen. I thank you and thank you for the growth my small business is afforded by being able to bank with you. Thankful for the entire team at this location. Keep up the great work!

Every time I come to this bank which is not often. I'm sitting on forever. The customer service sucks. They need to close it down or get new people

My mother is very elderly and has Parkinson’s. Her mobility, memory, and comprehension are slipping very fast. This bank, used to reach out to my mother and let her know when her CDs were maturing and that she needed to put them in newer CDs to keep the higher percentage rates. I found out, as I started to take over her finances that they stopped calling her and for many years the CDs were just rolling over and only making 0.05%. I was very shocked that no one from the branch reached out to let her know that her CDs were virtually making nothing. When we talked to a manager at this branch, she was not very helpful at all. I told them I wanted to pull the money out and put it in another bank. The branch asked for a copy of my power of attorney, so they could fax it to corporate which I gave them. After this, I moved my mother into an assisted living facility on the East Coast. Once the other CDs matured, I went to my local branch to withdraw the money but it turned out corporate had no record of my power of attorney. So now I had to take my sick mother out of her assisted living facility and drive to her local branch to withdraw the last of the CDs. Once again this Truest branch failed us. My mother no longer has any accounts there and I will never bank with them.

Shame on you ‼️ I was in line today waiting of course . And over heard the teller making a phone call to a customer stating the bank gave her too much money that she would need to return the money or it will be taken out of her account .. I can’t believe what I was hearing. Why fault a person for something the WORKER did shame on this bank and their employees

I am begrudgingly even giving the beverly hills fl location one star. The tellers are very snotty. They act like they have their heads up blank blank. If you have time go up the road to the location by the publix off forest ridge. Much nicer location, they are quick and courteous as opposed to the location of lecanto highway by the winn dixie.

This bank doesn't deserve one star. Constant computer glitches, poor service, can't even get someone to answer or return a phone call at local branches when they screw up. I never had issues with BB&T. I am going to get out of this bank as soon as I can!!!

I wanted to exchange a $20 bill for $2 bills for my grandsons birthday card. They refused saying I needed to be a member first. After this interaction, I will NEVER join this bank. Bank of America down the street did it without question and with a smile on their face. Choose your bank wisely.

If you have a lot of time to just “wait” even when there are no customers….this may be a good bank for you. In addition to the poor customer service the atm did not work properly in counting funds. The money deposited was short changed. I clicked the return button (it did return the entire amount ) I ended up having to go inside to make the cash deposit for all of it to be deposited. The bank also will not accept cash deposit from anyone than the account holder and will need your ID

Since you became Truist the service is awful. I have a question and spent 1:45 waiting for someone to answer but that never happened. Thinking of switching banks.
