Our vehicle engine was making loud noises and could not be driven over 30 mph. Our extended warranty had just expired, and a friend recommended Swander's to us, so we towed our vehicle there for our first visit. Within 90 minutes, the customer service representative, April, called to inform us that the engine was no longer operational. She also mentioned that the manufacturer had recently added an extended warranty for engine failures. Unknown to us, our engine was still covered under this warranty, and the manufacturer would replace it at no cost. We appreciate the thorough and complimentary service provided by Swander's and April. It's refreshing to find such outstanding service and goodwill in the automotive maintenance industry. We will definitely return to Swander's in the future.

Went to Swander's this morning to have an alignment. The guys said I needed front tires first and foremost. They didn't try to talk me into both tires and the alignment. The car is on its last leg but Swander's DIDN'T try to sell me anything I didn't need. Not only that, but they did the job asap with no appointment. Can't say enough about this shop! I'll be going back with any and every car I will ever own!! TOP NOTCH!

They are very welcoming, communicative and thorough. I came in to get my AC fixed and they were able to fix it and discovered other concerns in my vichicle as well that they promptly fixed. They even dropped my car off at my house because I had to work and couldn't get my car in time before they closed. They came highly recommended by others and I see why. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them in the future if I have any trouble again.

Had great service here. It was a nightmare scenario where we had an air leak in a tire right before we were to drive back to Texas. It is also independence day. Thankfully they were open and were able to quickly identify the leak and patch the tire. Quick, friendly service and great pricing!

Really love this place and trust them with our vehicles. We have had a variety of work done here on our 15+ year old vehicles and have always felt that the communication was open and honest, including with price transparency. They've even helped us with rides when we couldn't wait for our vehicle to be ready. April is wonderful in the front and is on top of it. Thanks for what you all have done for us!

Swander’s Automotive is perhaps the best automotive shop I have ever been to. The shop is well organized, clean and efficient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Swander’s is honest with their analysis of your vehicle and estimated repair costs. They will NEVER try to upsell you to purchase unnecessary services or products. My only regret is that I didn’t find Swanders sooner.
