“I wasn't sure what to expect when I pulled in to this place. The word sketchy comes to mind. But I needed a trailer and they had plenty. I walked in and the guy behind the desk based on looks alone didn't make me feel better about my decision. But about 2 minutes into my conversation I was quickly reminded of the saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover." This guy was amazing. He took care of me like no other trailer/truck rental place has and I've rented from a bunch. Thanks man!”
“I was coming from out.of state and was in a hurry to pick up my rental before the store closed at 5. No worries. I got there at about 4:30 and was on the road in maybe 10 minutes. I hate being old enough to describe them this way, but, the young man and lady who helped me were great. A+”
“Friendly assistance and service. For those who do propane swaps at places, it's more expensive and you get 15 pounds. You get more propane at U-Haul and it costs less money. Have been a return customer for a long time!”
“I moved to Florida and used this facility as temporary storage for my stuff until I found a stable place to live, once I found it a stable rent, I decided to switch to a smaller unit and keep some of my stuff there. At both times, when I rented for the first time, as when I switch units, the staff was so kind that I felt like my own family was helping me, which also makes me feel very calm knowing that my things are safe there. If you are looking for a place where you feel well cared and receive a top quality service, this will be your first choice, as its name says.”
“Easy in easy out, very nice people, very helpful... Equipment from u haul well that is different trailer wheel was bouncing so much I think it was trying out for the NBA.. HAD TO SWAP TRAILERS AT U HAUL IN SOUTH CHARLESTON WV.. GAVE ME A NEW TRAILER AND HELPED SWAP MY BIKE FROM ONE TO THE OTHER... ALSO EXELENT HELP AND MADE A QUICK JOB OF SWAPPING EQUIPMENT....”

“I was NOT able to pick up my truck at this location and time that I had a reservation for. U-Haul changed my reservation time and pick up location without informing me. This location was wonderful trying to secure a truck in the time frame I needed. This was NOT possible. U-Haul ruined my moving day. Putting me 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. I was notified by text 10 minutes after my pickup time. I was already there to pick up my truck. I had to drive 25 miles away and 1 1/2 hours later to get a truck. SUPER BAD BUSINESS. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS 0 stars for U-Haul. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. Do not recommend U-Haul. This location had wonderful staff but U-Haul treated me badly”
