I was NOT able to pick up my truck at this location and time that I had a reservation for. U-Haul changed my reservation time and pick up location without informing me. This location was wonderful trying to secure a truck in the time frame I needed. This was NOT possible. U-Haul ruined my moving day. Putting me 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. I was notified by text 10 minutes after my pickup time. I was already there to pick up my truck. I had to drive 25 miles away and 1 1/2 hours later to get a truck. SUPER BAD BUSINESS. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS 0 stars for U-Haul. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. Do not recommend U-Haul. This location had wonderful staff but U-Haul treated me badly

Very rude staff. Gave us a trailer with the wrong sized tire and told us that it was our responsibility to make sure the equipment was good. Did not set proper expectations for hours of operations. Repeatedly hung up on us when trying to resolve a concern.
