Staff is very nice and it's a close fast place I can go to. It's very nice and organized. They have a good selection and I've never had a problem there. Appreciate it

Absolutely the worst customer service! Pharmacy don't answer phones, so I go to the store. I finally found out that my child's prescription is not covered by insurance. That's fine, all they had to do is call me or answer a phone! The storyline is longer but I won't go into more detail. They need better management at this place because it sucks!

Worst Walgreens in the 100 year plus history of a great Chicago company. I'm almost 60 and have to show my ID for alcohol or cigarettes ? Because some dumbass somewhere sold to underage ? Pharmacy is staffed by possible high school drop outs. Manager of store .......Let's just say she didn't graduate from Wharton School of Business. When I wanted my last COVID ever at the end of 2022 the DB who administered made me put on a paper mask ! After everything we learned for the previous year. Hoping CVS will buy and fire everyone.

Second time I went to this place to find it closed earlier than the advertised hours. Ok if your an ice cream stand but not cool when people rely on you for life saving meds. Gave prescription to pharmacy at 2pm and asked hours lady said 9pm so I came back before 7pm only to find a sign about their "system " being down,I don't know what that even means, In new york we had Kinney drugs and have gotten meds from them when the power was out. So my wife fresh out of surgery couldn't get her pain meds on Thanksgiving eve with the store not opening again until Friday. Looks like we need a new pharmacy

OMG...can't say this is the worst Walgreens because they are all bad! At least they speak English, in Miami, no one does, not even the Manager! Well this Walgreens is frequently closed due to NO PHARMACIST! You got that: NO PHARMACIST at perhaps the largest worldwide pharmacy chain. Unforgiveable!!! If they cannot provide medication to sick patients who rely on them to be open then CLOSE IT DOWN! Stand in line forever and ever, don't even think about getting a flu or covid shot, because with one overworked pharmacist to administer it, who doesn't even have facial hair yet, you gonna be there a LONG time! Telephone rings forever and ever as I'm standing there. They frequently get prescriptions wrong or are missing items in the Rx. Employess are overworked and I'm sure underpaid. Try Publix or Winn Dixie pharmacies, even Walmart for that matter. You will thank me!
