Avoid this place! I never leave reviews, but unfortunately the public needs to be warned about how unprofessional this “business” is. Had some issues and spoke with a staff member that had such a nasty attitude. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was hung up on and told that I couldn’t speak with a supervisor. Called back only to be told a supervisor would contact me, but it’s been almost 3 weeks and no one has called me. Such poor customer service.

The dude here needs to check his attitude, I'm sorry you were having a bad day, but that doesn't excuse you from ruining other people's day. Learn how to communicate properly with people. The place is for sale also, so who knows what the fate of your belongings is in the future.

AVOID THIS FACILITY……..I booked a reservation in January of this year for a weekend in July to store my boat. They gave me a written confirmation that I had those dates reserved and I rented a house for a week based on this storage reservation. The house rental was contingent on being able to store my boat there for the weekend. They just called me on July 3rd and told me they don’t have space to store my boat. When I showed them my written confirmation they said there was nothing they can do so now I am losing the money for the house we rented as it is non-refundable. This facility operates out of a call center in Vegas, nobody is even on site. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs.
