Terrible service they can't do nothing at all, I'm changing bank accounts they are not opening doors to people or helping if you don't have a bank account with them . So forget about going in there to deposit $$ if you have a emergency then to drive to marathon or other branches that have drive thru what a waste of time when you're in lunch time to solve a problem. No good for nothing Big pine bank

Still in crisis lock down mode though all other banks have their lobbys open. Not concerned with customer service. Tried to deposit into a customer of theirs account and they refused service. Had to drive to marathon. I would never do business with a bank that is not concerned about their customers unless they are in front of them.

I am a valued customer , with many accounts. I went to get notary done on real estate sales document and found they could not do it, very disappointing. Had to go to UPS and have a stranger do it. While person there friendly, document to transfer real estate not an item authorized could do. I will be reviewing my accounts and know proceeds from this sale, and future, will go elsewhere. Not a full service facility.

Loved the amount of money exchanged. Assets are better, and liquidity is quicker. And a safety deposit doesnt get any bigger! :-)
