Everytime I call I get hung up on or disconnected. It's driving me crazy. The ladies in big pine are very nice but the customer care phone service is terrible.

Can’t call the local branch directly.Update: Sheila from the branch called me directly to follow up. Told me the correct number to reach the local bank branch. I appreciate the service. Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.
