The staff was very nice, but I'm shocked at the condition of the store. The floors are very dirty and stained. The shelves were really messed up. A lot of the items were missed placed some items are actually laying on the floor. I was really surprised. Staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful.

This is the ruddiest and inefficient cvs pharmacy. There is a Walgreens next door. I am a loyal cvs customer. However, this cvs would make me switch. Cvs should shut down this pharmacy. It gives all other cvs pharmacy a bad name. Avoid at all costs.

I always have issues with these pharmacists. Most of them are rude. There's only one younger man who's been helpful and nice. I don't know his name. The rest are trash. This time I had a couple other things to get so I just bought everything at the pharmacy counter along with my medicine. She gave me my change, gave me my bag after asking if I needed a cap to pour the medicine in (I told her I already had one at home), and told me to have a nice day. I get home and my medicine bag is empty. I frantically check everywhere thinking it fell out. Can't find it. I call them and this lady tells me she told me to wait for the medicine to get filled (she did not). How tf are you gonna give someone an empty medicine bag? They've never given me the bag and then told me to wait. Never. That's never how it works. I'm just mad I drove all the way home before realizing. The last thing she said was "have a nice day" that, in all scenarios, means this transaction is over. I hate this place.

The proper store hours aren't online. I learned pharmacy is open 9-6 Saturday's and who knows what time during the week. You need to drive in and ask questions like this as they don't know how to answer phones or don't have one here. Money gram machine broken for what seems like years. Dreading waiting for my prescription for hours again. I think the pharmacy clerk has a learning disability. Just not normal to wait over 2 hours in store. No awareness over waiting customers, the fact that you're trying to answer the broken and unintelligible language of the sun burnt locals asking about vaccines... I think they accept anyone they can get down here because of housing and remoteness. Most definitely my least positive experience of any CVS I've been to.

On vacation from NE FL & had a reaction with a medication and the sun so my Dermatologist phoned in a prescription. After reading reviews I was leery I had chosen the wrong location to pick up my prescription but was super pleasantly surprised. I called when I was almost there to make sure they had received the order and by the time I had made it to the counter, it was all ready for me. The Pharmacist working this evening was very professional and personable and even though he appeared to be working solo, very efficient. I'm afraid I didn't get his name but kudos! Thank you so much.

Terrible CVS pharmacy. They never refill prescriptions on time. Just waited over an hour to get a prescription. Staff has no communication skills. Don't recommend using them. Spend a little more money and go to Walgreens across the street.

This is a terrible representation of CVS pharmacies. The staff at pharmacy counter are arrogant and rude. We have gotten prescriptions filled for 15 years and this bunch has to be the top worst ever. The Pharmacist and his staff are not your typical friendly representatives. they don't care one bit about customers.

The pharmacy has always been polite and efficient. When the snowbirds come down it's busier as expected.

Went to pick up pictures and have a prescription filled. Stood at the photo counter for 2 or 3 minutes with 2 employees 10 feet away stocking shelves and was ignored. So I went to the prescription counter where there were no less than 3 pharmacists (?).Two were discussing lunch plans and the 3rd was working on something else. Again I was ignored. Went back to the photo counter and finally found someone to get my pictures. Left with my prescription in hand and headed to another pharmacy. Never to return to this CVS again.

I was just their at the pharmacy and they ignored me as usual. Sooo glad there's a Walgreens one parking lot over. What a bunch of cavalier A$$ Wipes.
