This CVS location provides friendly and helpful service from its staff. They assist with prescriptions, including transfers and urgent fills while on vacation. Staff also help customers use the CVS app for coupons and barcode scanning. However, the store's condition is poor, with very dirty and stained floors, messed up shelves, and many items misplaced or laying on the floor. Despite the shocking physical state of the store, the employees remain exceptionally nice and committed to helping customers find what they need.

I am on vacation and forgot a prescription - CVS staff at Big Pine Key helped fill it. While I waited, I shopped. Another staff person helped me figure out how to get the most of the CVS app - coupons, barcode scanning and more. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
