Oh man believe what they say about Martha and stay away from this CVS. Martha is sooo busy being right in her head she doesn’t listen. I told her 3 times the correct medicine when she said the wrong one. She wasted her time and got frustrated with me— when I was very clear. The lady with the thick accent was rude also. She wanted to argue. I heard her tell another customer something that was wrong while I was waiting. I try to give people grace for language barrier but that’s not what it is. They have each others backs and so they support each other being grouchy. I just wanted to pick up my scripts- super simple. I enjoy when people treat me kind. I’m ok when they are neutral. these two sabotage themselves so they can grumble and pick at customers.

I am on vacation and forgot a prescription - CVS staff at Big Pine Key helped fill it. While I waited, I shopped. Another staff person helped me figure out how to get the most of the CVS app - coupons, barcode scanning and more. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

We had our prescriptions transferred from our home CVS in North Carolina with no problems. Since there are so many retired snowbirds here in the winter, there is usually a line waiting to order and pick up. The times we were here for that, and for other items, we had no issues with the staff. Everyone is pretty friendly and helpful.

I had an outstanding experience with Kim. I called to see if something was in stock. When we got there, she remembered I’d called early and helped me find what I was looking for. She explained different options. If Kim isn’t in leadership, she should be. If she is in leadership, I hope her compensation aligns with her commitment to CVS and the customer. I wish there were more people like her.

Pharmacist was rude and on some sort of power trip.
Would not fill my prescription because my doctor prescribed meds outside of his specialized practice. She refused to call the doctor. It was a Class 1 sleep aid. We’re not talking pain meds here folks

Pharmacist Martha made me feel unwelcome in the pharmacy. I watched her be cheerful with all the other customers but when I came to the register she was not friendly with me at all. This is the second time she has made me feel this way while coming to the pharmacy l. If you don’t like your job find another place of employment and find another career path.
