Worst Bank in the WORLD!! Biased, unfair, NO diversity whatsoever. Hated it!!! I had issues from the time I opened my account until it was closed. Good thing I didn't close my primary banking account with the world's GREATEST Bank APCU out of Georgia.

I came to this bank this morning in hopes to find a new bank. I just closed my account at my old bank today due to service and how confusing the accounts are. I was greeted with friendly faces and had Celest Cook help me. She was very kind and very informative and helpful. I told her my issues with my old bank and she reassured me that I will not have to worry about those issues at Region's. She got me to the right bank account I needed and even informed me about a credit building card that I've been needing for so long now. She was greate and I'll make sure to ask for her anytime I come in or call.

Wow, I thought I was on a hidden camera show seeing how much bad service I could handle. Nope that's the service you are gonna get here. Thank God there are a ton of other banks with good reviews in this city that I can use. I called the complaint line 1-800-REGIONS, to express my displeasure with this branch. They informed me to call the Blountstown branch and file a complaint directly with them. The Blountstown branch replied they don't take complaints and that I would have to call 1-800-REGIONS. Imagine that, nobody wants to take a complaint. I thought Regions was a reputable company but based on how your loan officers treat customers at this branch, I now consider you one of the worst business experiences I have ever had.

This bank is absolutely useless! I hope you have a lot of time because these bankers have no idea what they are doing and will take forever completing your transaction. Poor customer service, no people skills, and pretty much incompetent. I would stay as far away as you can from this bank.

Been weary of Regions bank ever since there was a major discrepancy on my account back in the early 2000's which led to me parting ways with Regions. Fast forward to 2015 and my small bank is being bought out by a slightly bigger bank and so I have to go through the headache of setting up my direct deposit and all my auto-payments again. I figured why I have to go through this process I'll see about giving Regions another chance (mainly for the sake of convenience due to multiple branch locations being available for use). So now I'm getting to the part of current events which led to this review. Upon Googling the number for my local branch, all I find is an 800 number. So I call said 800 number and guess what, Ms. Robot Voice wants me to press 50 million buttons before I can speak to a real person who can answer my questions. No go Robot lady. I press zero and if that doesn't work then it's adios time, which is exactly what happened. Good job Regions, good job.
