i havE and ae had a contract with Grande Aire for 10 years.. and a few times i was suspicious they came to fix something under contract and i had to put $200 of some fluid into something. THAT HAPPENED TWICE or buy a part for 450 dollars.. for i am not sure what but i know the markup is huge, and now they ar charging me for Milton the invoice says $150 for Milton..RUN FROM RUN RUN.. I AM STUCK WITH THEM TILL NEXT YEAR SHAME ON YOU GRANDE AIRE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. THEY AR TERRIBLE

Technicians very good at diagnosing problem. Had call from home office that the repair and part was covered under maintenance contract. Two days later had call from owner who said that it was NOT covered because of the corrosion exception. Tech said the only way to determine if it was corrosion was the have taken the part out and tear it a part to see if that was so?!

My AC was making a very loud, strange noise. I turned off the unit, called Grande Aire and they had a service person by 8 am the next day. I'm on Little Gasparilla Island, so needless to say, I was happy. Alex did a great job finding the problem and fixing it. Je took the time to explain what the problem was, and in less than 30 minutes, my ac was fixed. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I am so grateful that Grande Aire services our little island.

Warning! It May Not Be The Coils!
3 different companies told us our air conditioner coils were bad and leaking refrigerant. We assumed we had a slow leak until a company who will be “unnamed” showed up and through their ignorance or uncaring, reduced the amount of refrigerant while they charged us for a service call and 2 lbs of refrigerant that probably wound up in our atmosphere. They left the caps off of the service ports. Once again, we were told the coils were bad, but since the house was much hotter than before the “unnamed” company’s service call, we decided to Grande Aire who was well recommended.
They arrived quickly, pulled out a sensing wand, and immediately found the leak right at the service port. Just like an auto tire’s valve stem, it had a center stem that could be loosened with a special tool. Somewhere along the line, we must have been visited by one or more unscrupulous companies.
In addition to finding the leak, Grande Aire removed the air handler side panels and checked the entire system with no other sign of a leak. They even cleaned the air compressor condenser coils, and 2 weeks later, revisited and rechecked the refrigerant amount. No sign of leaks.
Finally, we have found a company we feel we can trust. They have shown to be professional and efficient not to mention their great customer service. Because of these rare qualities, Thank You Grande Aire for being here!

We get to Little Gasparilla Island on Friday Memorial day weekend late in the day you get to the house and the air conditioning is not working so we called Grande Aire, team member named Alex showed up and he fixed everything within an hour. He was amazing. Excellent service thank you so much.

What a great experience today. My air went down last night and Grande Aire was there early afternoon. I am up and running. Excellent customer service from the young lady who took my phone call this morning to Billy our Representative on site to Nancy who did the final call back. Each and everyone had amazing phone skills and were very knowledgeable. I did not hesitate to continue on with this company.. Very pleased. Thanks again..

Just want express,my satisfaction with Grande Aire staff for a quick response for an AC not providing any cool air at all. I called at 8:30am and they came at 5:oo pm and fixed the unit. Alex the repair tech was a true professional, very polite. He explained every thing in detail. I was very impressed!!

I have been using Grande Aire Services for quite a few years & they are the absolutely best AC Co. you will ever find. Besides always fixing my AC if I have a problem they get the biggest plus with their honesty. There were times when they came to fix my air & they could of told me anything. Hey, I live in Fl. & needless to say I can't be without AC. The first time they came it was a small part that needed replacing. It cost me $24.00 & they could of said anything & I would of paid it. The second time my air wasn't working, again they could of told me anything & I would of paid it. All needed was a new thermostat. Get their contract, you won't be sorry. Fl is a very hot state & our AC take a big beaten. It's never a matter of if it's going to stop working, it's when. I could go on and on about Grande Aire. I never had to wait long for them to come no matter the time. Their worker are the best, friendly & very knowledgeable! Save yourself a future headache & sign up and get their contract, you will not be sorry.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. This company goes that extra mile. I had refrigerator problems, three months after buying it and the warranty call center was giving me the run around. In steps Debbie and everyone who works with her, and my refrigerator has been taken care of a lot faster than the manufacturer and their "in-house" techs. They got through to the manufacturer when I could only get the call center. Thank God for Grande Aire and Debbie!

You are the best! So happy with my maintenance contract on the AC system. When Alex came for the last service call he found a leak of coolant that could not be repaired & the system was ordered & replaced the following week. It was just one month away from being out of warranty! Thank you!!

Alex was an amazing technician. From start to finish he was professional, smart, and kind. He educated us on our HVAC issues. He did everything that a perfect serviceman should do and we were so happy to work with him. We will definitely be using Alex and Grande Aire services again

We have had Grande Aire Services contract for 15 years. They have performed preventative maintenance on our air conditioner and we have a contract with them to repair our small appliances and pool heater as well. The technicians were always on time, thorough and professional as well as courteous and friendly. This is one business you can count on for all your air conditioning and small appliance needs!!!

Grand Aire installed the heat pump in our house a little over six years ago. They billed us for a 3 ton unit which was what was specified by an independent assessment. They show, in their records, that we have a 3 ton unit. We have complained at each service visit that the unit can hardly keep up in the summer and has to run 22 + hours a day. We called another hvac company that was highly recommended by neighbors and he pointed out to us that we had a 2 1/2 ton unit. We confirmed this with the serial number by calling the manufacturer. I've called once and emailed twice with this info and Grand Aire will not respond. Have given them 10+ days to simply return a call or email but no response! So - bill me for 3 ton and install 2 1/2 ton. Is this the company that you can trust?

I have had a two Grandaire contracts for the past four years and I am always impressed with the response time, professionalism and outcomes.
The customer service provided by the office staff and hands on professionals are both exemplary - no i'm not related just grateful for a business that meets my expectations.
