This post master is the worst on the planet. I understand that government employees are exempt from accountability but this is person inexcusable. Once again, a properly addressed package was returned to sender. It was a device to treat an injury, but this post master is an idiot.

Basically what everyone else says when they leave a 1 star. I would give a zero if possible. The postal woman apparently wants everyone else to be as miserable as her based on her attitude. Ups and FedEx deliver straight to condos but not USPS. Unless you have a P.O. Box, you’re SOL. And she could have the box in hand but will still return it to sender.

The postmaster has a really bad attitude. My package accidentally came USPS instead of UPS. We own a condo here on the island. She was so rude!

So upsetting when the package I so dearly needed for a special event this evening is denied to me by the front counter woman. Even after explaining that I’ve received multiple emails/texts that the package has been delivered. I don’t think it’s right that I paid, out of my pocket, for expedited shipping to only be told that the woman will not go back to the back, tag my package, and allow me to pick it up today. Even after asking if I can stand to the side and wait until it’s tagged I’m told no. A boomer at its finest. I will not be recommending shipping to here if you need something on the date it arrives.
