Two stars because they did eventually arrive with gas. Not more than two stars because there was no reason not to be honest with me about how long it would take for them to bring gas.
I am the bonehead who ran out of gas on the highway on a late Sunday night. If they had said “It’ll be a little bit more than two hours and when the driver gets there, he’ll be in a pick up truck and not a tow truck and explain that one of the reasons it took him so long as they called him in from home” I probably would’ve said “Whatever it’s my fault”.
There was no reason for the call center, dispatch, and the driver to all wildly misrepresent how far away assistance was. Also, he clearly brought two one-gallon gas cans and insisted it was the 5 gallons I paid for.

I don't know what I would do without this business. They towed my car from a nearby parking lot and recovered it for me. All I had to do was call them and they were at the scene within 20 minutes!

From the moment I called them, to the time they arrived at my house, this tow truck service was incredible. They had me in and out of my back yard in twenty minutes of the call. They even helped me hook up the car on their own time!

Before going to work, I had to rush to the mechanic after my car died in my parking garage. When I called them, they showed up in 30 minutes. pushed my car out of the garage and swiftly and easily loaded it into the tow truck. I can't express my gratitude to them enough!
