Has a very rude short hair black woman as a sales person , twice now I entered that shop. ( and I am black myself)First time ,I asked for a fitting room and what she responded me was : “ whaaaaat?” With that rude tone.Today was she there again, with the same rudness.Not coming back there !!!

Black woman attending today 09/15 was terrible on costumer service!!! Asked if they have fitting rooms she said “is your firs time here?” Stupid how she treat clients

I was absolutely shocked at the experience I had in there today. I had been there about 10 days ago to inquire about an order that someone made for me to pick up for clothing. I was told at the time that the order was not ready yet and to wait another one to two days. When I went back in today, the same woman that helped me previously informed me that the order had been canceled, and that they had issues with their system. She had not mentioned any issues with their system the last time I had come in, nor have we received any communication from Aeropostale corporate about the order being canceled.

Hispanic woman working the counter 5/10 was kinda rude to me when I tried to return something. Didn’t acknowledge me just kinda rudley raised her voice at me when I didn’t know their policy on a return… the manager was respectful tho.

I had the worse experience ever. Today, I came early in the morning when the store opens @10am for an exchange of pants for my son. There were 2 ladies, the older one that seems to be the manager or supervisor was so rude and disrespectful when she saw me coming into the store with a bag for exchange. She didn’t answer the greet, she wasn’t helpful and even mistreated me. She insulted me and talked bad words in Spanish. I understood everything because I also speak Spanish. Every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy. People like this shouldn’t be hired. She makes this place the worst in Boca Town Center.

Very terrible customer service experience today at the store at around4 pm.A little bit about my experience…-I asked for a bag because mine was ripping and the lady bluntly looked at me and said “no”.-Ladies refused to return/exchange my clothing items for a smaller size.It was brand new with tag, I got it as a gift.Long story short, I went to the store to not get anything accomplished and on top of that was treated very terribly and rudely.I think the girls working up from need to be working in the back because Customer service is everything and with the customer service Aeropostale at town center is having, they will be going nowhere with their business.

Terrible customer service and very rude to my mother and I. I went to pay upfront and my mother gave the cashier 100$ and the cashier was nice and explained to us that if you pay over the amount of 50$ you could use a bill anything higher than 50$, which is fine and all. The odd thing was I have been to Aeropostale before and even have an account on file with them and I always tend to pay cash most of the time and for this particular transaction they refused to accept our cash, because our original purchase was, 20$ and we had 100$ on us. The initial plan was to get rid of the cash because we prefer cards over cash and we didn't want a large bill/bills on us. This is very strange and odd for a retail store to do this, especially in a crowded mall, since we wanted to break our 100$ bill to begin with from the start. After that, a woman approached my mother and I to make out a description to identify the employee. She was a short-haired (Hispanic or African American) young adult girl with curly hair. I didn’t get a name since she didn’t have a name tag! I am not sure if she was the manager or not, but she had a terrible outlook on how to deal with a customer request and a mean, vulgar, cruel, attitude towards me. When I said I was confused about the policy, I didn’t understand and her response was “because you weren’t listening to me what’s so ever.” I sat there with my mouth shut because I was with my mother and didn’t want to start a scene. This employee should not have a job in retail because she can’t simply handle it at all. As a person who works in retail myself, I never treated any of my customers like this in any way shape or form. The only reason I made the purchase was because I have been looking for this one particular pair of shorts for awhile now. I will never give Aeropostale my business ever again and management/corporate should be notified and should look into this situation. I am extremely furious about what has occurred at my local mall today.

Terrible customer service experience. I went today at noon. I was browsing through the shirts when an employee (black woman with short hair, idk her name) came up to me and told me I could not touch anything else since I was DESTROYING the store, when really I was just looking around. I ended up not buying anything because of this woman. I don't blame any of the other employees, I didn't talk to them. To the manager, just a recommendation, this is terrible for your sales, the people helping customers should be nice and look happy to help.

Can't say enough about the customer service at the Boca store!! The manager, Paul, went out of his way to help us HIMSELF. Even with a store full of employees, he took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Great customer service starts with great management! Thank you Paul!
