Disgusting service in the cosmetics department (Dior). I came in today to buy some things like powder, foundation and maybe something else. The seller offered to help me and I agreed. We have started to make a choice. I asked her if they had everything in stock. She said - yes! As a result, when she made up me and we chose it, the circus began. One is missing, then the other. they started offering me Chanel, which I don't need and I don't know how it will be on my skin. I was ok to order online. The seller checked out a foundation and one of the powders. As a result, it turned out that the main powder was out of stock and it was impossible to order it online. I asked for a refund for the second powder because one does not work without the other. They could not make a return, they called somewhere. I was shocked because I spent a lot of time on this and my family was waiting for me. They said they couldn't get online manager. I had two options. First, call yourself. Naturally, I don't want to do it, second, wait. I asked a supervisor. They also said that have to call. I went to another seller and ask supervisor immediately. When I came back to Dior, the woman calling her supervisor was there. She promised me that the money will be returned and in general they are on hold. By that time, I no longer wanted to buy anything from them. because they are liars, not educated, have terrible service and not respect customers' time. They all cover each other, making fools out of clients. The supervisor said that it was just the seller's mistake. No. they just wanted to sell me what they want, not what I need. They don't respect customers. I perfectly saw their faces and ridicule. the supervisor also said that this is always the case and that something is not available. I asked why they do not do inventory, why they put on display something that is not there. she said that it is always like this, such a business. Seriously? they do not think how to improve the service, they think how to cram it in. I wasted a lot of time on this disrespect and lies to the client. They couldn't even order online. I know very well how the sellers lie, so I was outraged that they let me go without my goods and a return receipt. Who in America believes in a word? Let's see, there is a possibility that they will withdraw the money, because I never received the return check. Don't go there because there are silly sellers, a supervisor who is on the side of the seller, not the client, and an idiotic return system. They could have saved my time but decided to make money and thought I would skip it.

Recently visited the Boca Raton store and had the gracious help Julia and Lunine (Bedding department). We were on a mission finding a price on decorative pillows I really wanted to purchase for my client. The pillows were perfect and so were these 2 ladies! I review all the time about customer service and when it is great, it should be noted. I was grateful for their help, professionalism and patience. There was no way in heck I was leaving that place without these pillows! lol! Yet again, I was a very happy Bloomies customer! Happy Holidays! Best ....

I don't always shop at Bloomingdale's since I am usually partial to Macy's, their less expensive sibling. Nevertheless, when I do have the chance to shop there, either by myself or with my Mother, I always enjoy it thanks to their luxurious shopping atmosphere, top-notch customer service, and wide array of high quality products. Most recently, I stopped at this Bloomingdale's with my Mother, as I was in need of a couple of Hugo Boss belts mainly for work, as I used to have one and find that they look sharp and they last a long time, unlike a couple of cheaper belts from another brand I bought. Since Macy's does not have them and remembering Bloomingdale's did, this was a logical stop for us the last time we were at the Town Center Mall. Upon entering this Bloomingdale's, one will find that it is brightly lit, has merchandise that is neatly organized and pleasing to the eye, and upscale in appearance. As a matter of fact, the black and white tiled floors in some spots reminded me of their flagship store in New York City. Once in the store, we went to the Men's Department, which had an excellent selection of various clothes and accessories for men. As I was perusing the various belts, I was assisted by Doris Goldstein, who was a phenomenal saleswoman! She was kind, attentive to my needs, and extremely knowledgeable! When I explained to her the type of Hugo Boss belt I wanted as I had a version of it in a previous style, Doris wasted no time and like a mind reader, she found the exact belt I was looking for! Amazing! Wanting another Hugo Boss belt, me and Doris perused more belts and lo-and-behold, we agreed that a saddle colored belt would look stylish too. With two amazing belts in tow, Doris escorted me and my Mother to the register and for about $150 in change, we purchased the two belts, which was even better price than what I paid for one belt thanks to a sale going on. Speaking of which, if you know how to hit it, Bloomingdale's has some competitive sale prices so you can do very well at times pricewise considering the products they sell. In addition to Doris's impeccable customer service, her fellow salesman, Jeff at the Ralph Lauren register, where we cashed out, was also warm and engaging. We have met other employees in various departments and they have been excellent as well! All in all, Bloomingdale's gave us a phenomenal shopping experience and if it avails, I will definitely return here thanks to this store's luxurious shopping atmosphere, top-notch customer service (especially Doris in the Men's Department), wide array of high quality products, and good deals at times. I went to look at various perfumes. There are so many that I couldn't decide what to get! I like perfumes like Arianna Grande- simple not floral not too musky. Did not end up with anything.

I ordered a couch back in FEB of 2022. They estimated it would be at the warehouse in 120 days... well here we are 5 months going on 6 and it STILL hasn't reached the warehouse. I called 3 days ago and spoke to someone on the phone who informed me that my couch has arrived in New Jersey and will be at the warehouse early next week. Well today I received an email stating that my couch is not at the warehouse and won't be until August!!! Are you kidding me? I canceled the order and will never purchase anything from Bloomingdale's again.

I'm never stepping into this store again their staff is obnoxious racist and rude I am a woman of color but they looked down upon me when I asked to see a couple of fine jewelry items the woman actually rolled her eyes at the make up counter the women were the same rude and racist and told me to look elsewhere for a better value

Great department store. If you're a #tourist see customer service for offer. All department stores have perks so if you choose Bloomingdale's the more you buy the more you save or you could buy nothing and save more. If you prefer to buy and use your triple point days wisely you get lots of points. The managers are very helpful and this store has some great employees in every department.

It's the closest Nespresso shop & the walls of pods are impressive. The staff is knowledgeable and the computer system seems to be updated. They have all of the Nespresso accessories such as cups, pod holders ... Disappointed we purchased without sampling the amaretto pod; others sounded interesting too.Unfortunately the machines are not here and the sales people with the machines are not as knowledgeable. There also does not seem to be a great selection, there were only four decaf pods and one is being discontinued. We were told that we could order online through Nespresso and do a quick pick up. They did not honor the Bloomingdales credit card.

This is a beautiful mall. It's huge and clean. I noticed that in the parking area they are offering Corona virus testing. This particular store is great. The attendants are very friendly and ready to be helpful. I specifically like fragrance section. I am always pleased.
