The management staff have done an absolute excellent job of making 10X Boca Raton be the best apartment we have ever lived in.Giselle, Dovi, and Steven are on top of everything and always helping with any issue or concern that were to ever arise.The amenities surpass any community we have yet to see and the hallways and common areas are kept in pristine condition.We are proud to call 10X our home.

The building is absolutely fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. Leroy and Chris are PHENOMENAL and are the most helpful with all things maintenance. Evelyn is a rockstar. Gladys is the sweetest. Thanks to the whole team for great service always.

Patrick is the night concierge. He is the most helpful, considerate indivual we ever met.He will help you find your package of what ever you ordered that you cannot find.He will also help people that are not able to find the package but he will and bring it up to their apartment if they cannot do it. themselves.I do not know one person in thisbuilding that does not have a good word to say about him.Lorraine Schechet

We’ve lived here since 10X opened as Altis. The one constant has been Patrick, the night concierge. He is a friend to all. Someone you can count on and Trust. He makes living here a complete pleasure. Hopefully Patrick will be here forever.!

We have lived at 10X Boca for several years now. We have looked at other properties and find that this building is by far the best in Boca. Giselle is always available to answer our questions or requests and does it with professionalism and a sense of humor. Tory and Chris have been helpful when we needed maintenance and are quite experienced. We would be remiss if we did not mention Patrick, the night concierge. We like that he is usually at the front desk which makes us feel safe in the evening when we walk. He definitely cares about 10X, goes above and beyond when we are missing packages and is a stellar presence for this building. And he always has a smile on his face even when dealing with difficult tenants. We are so lucky to have him here and although we know that he has a career in the school system, we hope he never leaves 10X. All in all, we have a stellar team, and we are very happy to live here. Thank you all.

Recently moved some members of my family into the building and needed a few things fixed in the apartment. Reached out to maintenance and Tory came to help. He was fantastic - incredible work ethic, personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Couldn’t recommend Tory more - 5 stars! You won’t be disappointed!

I believe Giselle and the team at 10x Boca are the best at what they do. The community is beautiful and always sparkling and shining. I have witnessed Giselle taking the time to great each and every resident with a smile and hug while working tirelessly to make sure that the residents every need is taken care of - keep up the great work!!

Ever since Giselle became the property manager this place has been excellent. There was a Brazilian Christmas party recently and it was absolutely awesome. Events like this create a sense of community and make people enjoy living here. There was a big turn out and everyone had a great time. She's always thinking of ways to improve the quality of 10x Boca and it can clearly be seen. She's a breath of fresh air and by far the one of the best property managers to be here.

The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The management team is very helpful and friendly. Dovi is wonderful and has the warmest personality. Steven is always very helpful. The maintenance team has a quick response time when addressing work orders. Thank you all for your hard work!

Beautiful Property! Toured here last month and was very impressed. Dovi was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions. The staff was very accommodating and treated me as if I was family.

My girlfriend moved in recently to the 10X Boca and upon move in, was not provided a mail key in order to access her mailbox. The lease clearly states that a resident will receive 1 mail key, a fob, garage key etc as is standard practice in the apartment industry. When she brought this issue to the attention of the office, she was told to go to the post office and request a key herself for the mailbox and PAY for a mail key that is supposed to be provided to you as stated in the lease (this also won’t get reimbursed). She now has to wait a few weeks for a key to be made and dropped off while she cannot access her mailbox.Communication prior to moving in was also very poor. Helping her move in, It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone at the property.While the property is generally very nice and upscale, the blinds in each unit are extremely cheap and fall down every time they are adjusted.They also conveniently leave out on the tour that the outdoor tvs which are marketed to potential renters do not work, and according to other residents haven't worked for years.
