I felt compelled to leave her review because a lot of times we often leave a review when we have a bad experience, but forget to when we have a great experience. Jasmine in particular at the store is always super helpful and literally act as my personal shopper when I come in. I cannot explain how valuable an employee like that is. Her and soph are two gems that this company is lucky to have . I went in for a return and ended up walking out with three outfits because of them alone !

The manager Rebecca had an attitude and was so rude, did not even say hello as I was one of the first and only guest in the store to make a return while she was opening the cash register. It Seemed like she treated the other employees poorly as well not saying please or thank you. I was 3 days past the 30 day return policy for a refund and they would only give me a store credit.

Very disappointed in American Eagles quality. This is a lightly used, one year old pair of jeans. I will be looking elsewhere for clothes.

I was treated so poorly here yesterday if I could give this a zero star for just the young ladies in this stores I would. They roll their eyes when you ask for help or sizes I asked the young lady about a size you would have thought I asked her to save the world I asked if the size ran large she looked at me shrugged her shoulders and gave me the most disgusting look. . The girls in the fitting rooms are beyond rude and disrespectful and laughing at others and rolling eyes. A young lady who was on plus size was trying on clothes and came out with two items that didn’t work instead of being lovely about it they made fun. I love the work out clothes and I could easily go spend my money at any other store for these items at any higher price point. This store should be inclusive. These young ladies should realize these work out clothes are for everyone every size. The nicest one was the one at the cashier and bless her heart she had ten of us in line while the other two stood next two her talking and laughing and making jokes while looking at everyone.

One of the best stores in this mall. After shopping a couple stores, the girls at Aerie were the only ones to greet me when I walked in and made sure I was doing ok the whole time I was there. The store looks beautiful despite it being busy! Lauren made sure to find what I was looking for even in the back and the things I couldn’t find she offered to order from online for me. As she was helping me out she was also helping other customers and employees with issues. She deserves a raise!!

I used to love their jeans, and one trip their variety was too off. Luckily this last trip, the first pair I tried on was a great match and decently priced. That was perfect because I'm not a fan of trying on endless pants. They used to have fun socks, but don't seem to anymore. Service was as you'd expect.

First, I went in to try on 2 pairs of Cargo Pants and pressed the button for a fitting room. I was then rudely approached by a snobby blonde high school employee who said “Do you want a room?” And just opened the door and walked away. Not only that but the fitting rooms were absolutely filthy with dust all over the floor.Secondly, as I was checking out I began to wait in line and another snobby brunette was tapping her nails at me and in a very passive aggressive tone said “The line starts here thanks.” She was extremely rude and had 0 people skills.My message to cooperate and to managers at this location is that your staff is full of extremely snobby rude teenagers with 0 customer service skills. I am very disappointed in American Eagle because I have purchased there clothes for YEARS and always had a pleasant experience. The manager should take further action to hire a staff that is capable of holding a conversation with a customer as well as smiling and making the experience pleasant them.

This location in the Boca Town Center Mall may be the worst location I have shopped in. The staff is super lazy and Lauren the manager is extremely passive aggressive and rude. This is why I now shop on line mostly. Amazon is never rude to me when shopping. I’m sure many would agree. Good luck Lauren. Hope no one speaks to your mother the way you spoke to mine. This is how dirty the dressing rooms are.

American Eagle st at Miami international Mall ,the manager he have the most highly customer services he's always with the best disposition to help the customers and make them to feel very happy at this store ,he's very knowledge and professional ,his name is FELIX and he's team very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful I highly recommend this store and I give them ten thousand of stars

I haven’t shopped here in years.. all of the young girls who worked tonight even being short staffed were absolutely amazing and nothing but kind! Sophia helped me order jeans online and made everything so smooth, these young ladies were nothing but professional and just made my first experience back so impressionable!!
