I was at America’s Best last Saturday for the first time ever. Went in for my eye exam and new glasses. The technician Michelle who did the first part of my exam/test was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was personable while staying professional. She made me laugh and cry (a good cry) and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She was so patient with me and she would be the reason I go back, just because of my experience with her. Not that the other staff wasn’t nice or helpful but Michelle really made an impression. She is a gem! Dan who also helped me was really patient and very nice as well.

The female tech that was waiting onKept answering phone and never excusing herself just getting up and waiting on people on the phone. Kept asking personal questiins not pertaining to the eye visit.

Went to Americas best for my first time the other day. Really nice staff and good experience there. The eye exam was super fast . I signed up for the eye care club. Paid $139 for glasses + contact exam and I can come back 5 more times within the next 3 days to have a free eye exam with the doctor. Pretty good deal. Michelle the technician was super sweet and made me feel calm. Stacy is also super great, extremely helpful, and patient. Great experience overall

went in for an exam and the exam felt rushed. i was not even dilated ???? thought that was bare minimum requirement. did not ask any family history or personal conditions or anything, what if i was diabetic? and then they tried to up sell me for glasses upgrades i did not want or need. i was told it was mandatory i needed polycarbonate lenses despite my prescription only being -2 (my sister works for an optician i know the parameters). also tried to up sell me for coatings i did not want or need. was quoted an astronomical price. terrible service by optical department (stacey) i will absolutely not be returning. waste of $48.00 for a shotty exam.

Michelle was absolutely fantastic, so kind, so warm, best optometric tech I've ever been. The doctor and the girls too, very professional environment and great customer service. Very happy with my new glasses.

Poor customer service. Front desk lady thinks she works at dmv. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was there for an appointment and they just had me standing there.. Wasted 20 minute drive also. Finally I just left. Stay away

Michelle the Optometric Technician was not only a professional in her job and instructions but a professional in being who she is. She made me feel so comfortable with every test. It was my first time and she truly took care of me and my laughs. She is the best!

Drove crosstown for an appointment left there waiting for over 20 minutes when I was told it would be another 30 minutes before anyone would see me. This is the second time I’ve walked in this store and there is no sort of acknowledgement. Not professional at all! Staff should smile too that might help!!! Just got call from headquarters to let me know that they can schedule me at another location. Lol..what a joke! That's there idea of taking care of customers that went through something at a previous store. They should be called America's STUPID!!!!
