I am very disappointed with my order that I had placed back on 3/19/21. I ordered a 60 count of the ZM Ultra soft chews for dogs and received the wrong product. I immediately reached out to get this corrected. I have left multiple messages, tried the online chat, and sent emails to the customer service email provided to try to get this rectified. I am still waiting for a return label to return the incorrect item and still waiting for a tracking number for the correct item to be sent. Right now I would just be happy with a refund so I can go elsewhere. Horrible customer service when you cannot get answers, return phone calls, etc. It is 1 thing for a mistake to be made, but when you cannot get any answers on getting it corrected, that is horrible. If I could give 0 stars, that is where I would be right now.
