The lack of service customer service is pretty weak.Nobody knows where my repair order.I could get in the run around.It's been over a week And now I'm being told to go to the store to see if the phone.Is there you gotta drive 40 minute?To will find out that the phone is not going to be there
Try calling the store. All I get is customer support absolutely ridiculous.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Apple here. Their whole appointment system is a joke — you book a time, show up, and still end up waiting an hour in a line like nothing was scheduled.
Then the bureaucracy starts. They bombard you with pointless questions, forms, waivers — everything except actual service. It took them another hour just to “diagnose” the issue.
And the best part? After wasting all that time, they returned my phone without replacing the battery because they “couldn’t open the screws.” Basically: we can’t do the job, sorry, go home. On top of that, they removed my screen protector for no reason, and obviously didn’t replace it.
End result: half a day wasted dealing with people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing.
Avoid this store unless you want the same headache.

Employees are not even familiar with their own rules and regulations (specific to repair drop of area). Due to incompetency I had to wait an additional two hours to receive a service, the duration in which my phone could've been fully repaired. I was told by one employee I had to meet a certain requirement to drop off my phone for repair, I politely agreed and met this fake requirement which took an extra two hours, all to be told I didn't even need to do it in the first place. As soon as I walked back into the store a different employee told me it was not necessary, effectively telling me I wasted hours of my time that too with no phone. The worst part, she walked away when I came back, refusing to take accountability for her own actions and leaving me with a broken phone and two hours of wasted time. I did not catch her name but the only thing I will say is at the very least be respectful and aware of your mistakes. Do not leave when you know you made a mistake.
The only reason this place gets two stars is because of one employee that called in a favor just so I could get a part my phone needed to be repaired, only bright spot to this otherwise unorganized establishment.

I love Apple products! The store is always super clean and organized, even when it’s busy. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful—Dan is amazing! He made my visit so easy and enjoyable. Great experience every time!

Made appointment to have iphone battery replaced. When I arrived at the store on time and checked in I was told to wait at a specific table. After 30 min an Apple Store employee came over and checked the phone. He agreed a battery replacement was called for. He then comes back 20 minutes later and tells me how lucky I am they have the parts for my battery replacement. Then he says that I have to come back another time because they are too busy to do my battery replacement today. He refused to apologize for wasting my time. He refused to get his manager. I spewed profanities at him. Manager comes out and calls over $12 per hour security guy. Manager says he does not owe me an apology for wasting my time. I ask security dude if he is wanting to put his hands on me. He backs off. Manager tells me to leave. I refuse and demand he trespass me if he wants me gone without an apology for them wasting my time. Manager apologizes and I leave. I would avoid the Boca Apple store. They are arrogant elitists.

My iPhone 16 absolutely died one day and could not be resurrected. The team was super busy at the store, but took time to make sure that I was being taken care of while they were waiting to diagnose my phone. They gave me a test phone to use to be able to call my husband and let him know where I was and why he couldn’t reach me since my phone had died.
I highly recommend this store, even if it is busy as an Apple Store. They were still extremely attentive, polite, and customer centric focused.

Extremely disappointed with this Apple Store. I bought an official Apple case less than a month ago, and it already looks terrible, completely dirty and impossible to clean, even though I’ve treated it with care. I went back to the store hoping for an exchange or at least any help, but the employee was incredibly rude and dismissive. She seemed more interested in what was happening around her than actually helping customers. Very unprofessional experience, definitely not what I expect from Apple. This store deserves zero stars.

Excellent interaction today. Made a genius appointment and ws helped within minutes. Had to replace my battery. The staff was great. Extremely helpful as busy as they are they were today.

Dyck is the man! I came in trying to buy a new phone with my family and they sold out so quick. But fortunately Dyck was able to get everyone in my family the one they wanted and was super sweet. He was also very attentive and patient. I highly recommend him!

Be careful with this store! Yesterday, I went to buy my laptop. Since they didn’t have the product in the store, they helped me order online. I paid with my credit card. Today, I realize someone was buying online from Apple with my credit card. Of course, I was at home and I didn't make those purchases I had to call my bank to cancel my credit card because someone was using it without my permission today

This store is HUGE!! I was a bit concerned I’d get lost in the shuffle, but I had a Genius Bar appointment. Nadir helped me out expediently and set me up with a new set of Air Max Pro headphones because my other pair crapped out after only 8 months use. Nadir’s assistance in this matter and quick actions are why I was in ‘n out within a half hour. With service like Nadir’s, I’ll make this store my home for all my Apple needs. Cheers, Nadir!!
