As a new mom, it’s really hard for me to carve out time for myself — so I was looking forward to a quick, relaxing pedicure. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The technician clearly had trouble seeing and was shaking throughout the appointment. He cut my toenails unevenly (one at a slant), and the polish was thick, gloopy, and applied poorly. I left with my toes looking worse than when I came in. I don’t get many opportunities to take care of myself right now, so wasting that time on a service that felt rushed and careless was incredibly frustrating. I won’t be returning. They should know better to let someone do nails like this. My 9 month old could have done a better job.

I go to get a mani and pedi every month with Kelley. She is wonderful and does a fantastic job. I recommend Pro Nails Spa to everyone.

First time here - close to us. Excellent pedi- very clean & really appreciated the water too.
Really needed a pedicure - had been over a month. Will definitely return.

Be is awesome. Redid my nail paint after I tried to chrome on gel(chips pretty quick). They did not charge me to repaint fit me in very quickly. Great service, nail people.

They were nice. Some do not speak English well at all. I told the lady I just wanted a polish and not a full pedicure and she still gave me the full pedicure. I told her multiple times I do not want a full pedicure just a polish. I did get a refund after the fact. They did not compare my nail length when I got acrylics. I came home to realize my two fingers have a huge difference and I have French tips so it’s noticeable. I spent $140 for French tips Acrylic and a polish for my toes (tip included). If you do decide to get French tips you’re charged an extra $5. I am not one to complain about my nails but, I needed these nails for a very important event.

My nails turned out actually well and i’m not mad about them at all. I picked a certain to do my nails because I saw he had good reviews but he was very rude to me didn’t say hello which I don’t mind but got nasty with me multiple times once for saying I touched something when I didn’t (almost yelling at me) (and he didn’t even have to fix anything) a second time because I went to show him the design I wanted and he just ignored me and yelled at me to put my hand under the thing (my hand was just placed on the table nothing was gonna ruin it). He didn’t even bother to show interest in what I wanted and didn’t look at the picture and did whatever I guess. Also I heard there were good prices and for me it was very expensive. Won’t be going back very much not a comfortable environment.

Ken and Kelly are really good . My nails looks perfect whenever Ken does it . I’m very happy with the results . Very good shop .
