Total pros, I sent 5 PDFs by email yesterday evening to print to scale, and they were ready and waiting before 9.00 a.m. this morning, with no ifs, buts or problems. Unlike FEDEX, who couldn't open the same PDFs after keeping me waiting for a half hour while they served their parcel business customers.

The Manager German, that runs this print shop is the best. He always tries to accommodate timely requests. He and his staff always have a positive, professional, friendly manner. I always get the best customer service when I come to pick up plans. I’ve been coming here for years and every time I’ve always been treated kindly.
