Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us switch from another cell service and bundle us with our internet. He determined what plans were best for us and explained every promotion they offered. We are very happy that we had such an easy experience.

Stay away from this AT&T store in Boca Raton. I had a terrible experience with this location. The staff was largely unknowledgeable about the products and services they were supposed to support. They lied to me multiple times and even blocked my account and SIM number, leaving me without phone service for over three days. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Julio and Mike are consummate professionals that make your time enjoyable in the store. They will troubleshoot any issue, are friendly, and best of all, they are patient. It's not easy having to deal with customers all day long, but you would never tell by their outgoing, personable demeanors.
