Went into the att store to get a new phone to find out their air conditioning isn’t working. Was in the store for no more then 5 minutes before I had to walk out for being too hot. It’s concerning that their employees are forced to work in these conditions being that it has to be 90 plus degrees in there throughout the day. Poor management by att.

I walked into the store today with a full intent of purchasing a phone, setting up mobile service, and possibly looking at an internet bundle. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a wall of hot air. Apparently the A/C wasn't working and has been out all day. The representative told me that, unfortunately, there's nothing they can do about it right now and they had to stay working in the store. I don't understand how this company is forcing their employees to work under such conditions. Literally after 1 min of being at the store, my shirt was drenched with sweat. There's no way I could stay any longer nor support my business with a company that doesn't take care of their own people

While on vacation, I walked into the AT&T store, and it felt like stepping into a sauna. The temperature inside had to be over 100 degrees, making it nearly unbearable to stand in there for more than a few minutes. It's hard to focus on anything when you're sweating bullets, especially when you're trying to make an important decision about a phone plan! That being said, Dale, the sales associate, was an absolute rockstar. Despite the sweltering conditions, he remained professional, helpful, and kind. He deserves 5 stars for his service, but I can't overlook the miserable experience caused by the store's lack of climate control. Please, fix the AC!

Dale was attentive, polite, friendly, and found us extra savings and deals. We went in looking for a new phone and we left with new phones, new direct tv plan, and new internet plan. Dale was the best att employee we have ever come in contact with.

Great customer service! Emmanuel was really helpful and caring, helping us to solve a data blockage issue. We were at the store for 2 hours, but he was able to fix, with Kylie's help (tech support) what 5 other people didn't solve.

The staff in the AT&T store located at 7028 Palmetto Park Road, in Boca Raton, FL, demonstrated the willingness and expertise to resolve a long-standing problem that I was having with one of my accounts. Their resolve in addressing my problem... that had eluded others for well over two years... was truly noteworthy. They addressed my problem with patience and resolve that is rarely seen today in large corporations. As an AT&T customer of many years, I personally extended thanks and appreciation to the staff members. However, I also wanted management to be aware of the customer service that I feel is deserving of these
few words of commendation.

This is the most terrible experience!!!!
Never go to this store!!!
We switched to this mobile operator and 3 of our phones stopped working altogether. The seller offered to buy new ones and refuses to solve the problem!!! Now I can't even call AT&T customer service because not a single phone is working!!! Porch, an AT&T employee, is completely incompetent and behaves inappropriately with customers.
