After being on the phone for 1 hour with customer service, I was sent to an actual store, and this was the closest to me. The 2 stars were because they greeted me when I came in. Something was up with my phone, and none of the 3 guys could fix it. I was in the store for about 30 minutes until they decided to send me to a different store(ubreakitwefixit) that fixed phones since I had insurance. When I got there they guy told me that AT&T loves to send people there but that my Samsung was not covered on the plan they provided. The guy was kind enough to look at my phone it turned out that all it needed was an update. ?? how couldn't 3 guys figure that at the other store. Since I switched to at&t, I got nothing but spotty service, and the service at an actual store is not fast nor reliable.

Called the store looking for a new iPhone 14 the dirt bag employee on the phone said are you a new or existing customer I said existing. He said ok we don’t have them. I asked would it make a difference if I was new? The response was yes we have the phones but they are for new customers only. So your telling me the people who have been an existing/paying customer are second class? New customers are more important to atnt than existing ones? I switching to Verizon after this phone call. Good job dirt bag you may get a new customer holding the phones but you also lost one.

I want to trade in a phone for a $1000 credit on the bill that's paid over the entire length of the contract monthly; they don't just credit you $1000 when you turn in a paid-off phone--my personal opinion, you'll probably be better off Selling it on the open market versus trading in. I was not too fond of the phone I ordered, so I wanted to switch it for a new iPhone, and that thousand dollars became 800 because the program changed. You have to be very careful dealing with cell phone providers as they're constantly Making changes. When you think you reach the goal line, they move the lines! I've had the most significant providers out there, and AT&T has, without a doubt, the best customer service out of all the providers. This is a corporate-owned store, and I prefer to go to corporate versus non-corporate stores; the four-star is strictly on the customer service of the staff in the store. Be careful when you sign something; make sure it's very clear and never assume.

Visited store to review pricing on my cell service. I was "served" immediately on entering. Service person lacked basic manners (remained slouched in chair at all times), was surly and lazy (finding answers to questions was an effort), did not know the deals very well (had to ask manager frequently). A very unimpressive performance.

I change my company line to come with AT&T to be on the account with my boyfriend since he is been here for a few years, the worst decision ever, the guy that help us ALEX mistake in everything on the order and add insurances that he didn’t even ask us. He never print any information he just said that we were getting on the email. When we saw it after at home we notice he mistake in the order of one iPhone and Apple Watch from an order of 2 IPhones and 2 Apple Watch. We had to come to the store and he tried to fix it and made it worst and mistake again, while he was trying to fixing he was on the phone with his wife ordering for food and chatting about their days inappropriate and inaceptable! He had to come back 3 times more in person because nothing were fix right, we talk to the manager and tried to help unsuccessfully since we are here at AT&T again from the first mistake since they are charging us and Apple Watch that we return 3 months ago because of the mistake of Alex and we keep paying for the mistake Watch and the rest of our devices. Additional the trade in of our iPhones to change to the latest ones we haven’t got it and we send it 3 months ago!!! They can’t even find return of something that they return, they don’t have no prove, this location or the company is a whole mess!!!! What else I have to do since you guys are charging me for items and services that we don’t have and even stole our phones since we don’t even have the trade in for them!!!!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I used to love going to that store for help on my account because the old staff there was so nice and efficient. The manager was so rude and frustrated when we went in. I brought them a new customer and she was treated so horrible. To the point we had to leave the store and call customer service to fix the account because they put her name wrong on there.... like who does that. I won't be going there no more

My experience here was awesome and Brett was not only patient but extremely helpful! I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and my local ATT for weeks now! I came to this store and had my issue resolved in a timely and professional manner! From today forward I will make the drive to this store specifically for the amazing staff they have on board!

My husband and I had a great experience at this ATT location. The manager Alejandro as well as the new employee Dillan listened to all of our questions and concerns and were able to help us save money as well improve upon our current cell phone service. I was also pleased with all of the protocols in place in reference to COVID 19 that made me feel safe as well as also taking in to consideration the safety of the staff. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
