In short, when ordering a new phone the salesman added multiple add ons to my line that were never discussed. Nightmare to get removed. Feel scammed. There is nothing this store can do for you that you can’t do online or over the phone. Added insurance and upgrade anytime to my line increasing my monthly bill almost 30%, options I didn’t have before and should not have been included.

Change providers to At&t, was told by store employee they had a promotion for free apple watch. Associate asked me what color and brought me apple watch. A month later, I got charged a monthly charge for apple watch, went to the store and they told me charge would go away in another month. The next month I got charged again went back to the store they told me to call customer service. Called customer service they told me there's nothing they can do. Now I'm stuck paying for an $800 Apple watch that I was told multiple times by store employee was free

Ashlee was so helpful. I've had my issues like all with ATT customer service, but Ashlee is clearly the other person. I’ve been trying to see where my $700 rebate from an old iPhone (I mailed in a few months ago) was. Anyway, Ashlee was very helpful and patient as we called in to the ‘trade in team’ to see what was going on. It turns out we had to schedule a phone call the following week because the other department we needed was closed. Sure enough I meet Ashlee today and we called back. Not only did we get a really cool and helpful person WHO CARED what was going on, but he emailed me and will keep me abreast of the status of the missing rebate. That’s all I could ever ask for. Ashlee exceeded all expectations and its very much appreciated. All future purchases will be made through her as I would like to help her back by giving her future phone sales, etc., for my business account. You rock Ashlee!
